I paid about $100 for interior and exterior hand wash, plus carpet shampoo for my CRV, and I am left feeling very disappointed. The car is still very visibly dirty both inside and out. When I asked about the interior, I was told I'd have to make an appointment and pay $260 for interior detailing. Horrible performance. They told me they couldn't vacuum all the debris from my trunk (I had been carrying logs) without paying for a steam clean, which I declined. They did steam clean the passenger seat: it was still wet 3 days later. Two young men were assigned to my car: one side was passable, one side was streaky like they used a dirty rag, and I had to call them back to wipe down again. Later when I got home I spent an hour re-wiping the windshield (smudgy) and vinyl surfaces (streaky). Exterior was washed but the y didn't wash off sapnthat had dropped from an overhanging tree. Told me I had to pay $330 for a full exterior cleaning if I wanted tree sap off. Absolutely lousy job for $100. Will never use them again. read more

Pretty decent clean for the price! They were very quick & very friendly! Being a woman going to get car things done I often feel intimidated but they have a good staff :) Also, tim hortons across the street you can get an iced cap while you wait lol (25 mins aprox). read more

Is this the best detailing shop in town? No. Is it a fast, reasonably priced hand wash place - absolutely yes. Since I currently drive a soft top convertible, I cannot use automatic carwashes, especially the "no-touch" type, since the water jets are not the best thing for my roof (hint, hint, nudge, nudge). In my search for a hand wash place, I've stumbled upon this one, and I continue giving them my business, when I need a quick wash after a long trip (bugs on the outside, dust on the inside). They could do better in terms of attention to detail, but then it won't be a $40 in and out job - for that there are high end detailers (who also charge a lot more). read more

I'm looking at some of the complaints for this place and they're talking about their wheel well not being cleaned? I mean, I'd have to pay triple what I paid in order to set the bar that high. I really wanted to love this place, since it's conveniently located to me, and affordable. However, my experience was quite disappointing compared to what others have written. As I mentioned, this place has some affordable packages that draw in the customers. I came on a weekend afternoon, so there was a bit of a line. I had no problem waiting even an 1.5 longer than their original estimate before taking my car in. What I did have a problem with though was the shoddy quality control. There's one older East Asian guy there who was clearly taking his job seriously, and did an impeccable job re-washing and wiping down his side of the car, including cleaning out the rims. A couple of the younger guys responsible for the initial wash and cleaning the back and other side of the car did a pretty piss-poor job though. There were very noticeable salt stains on various parts of the back and side, making it clear that they 1) did not actually wash it properly and 2) did not bother to even check. The package I purchased included a trunk vacuuming - I went out of my way to clear out the trunk because I needed this. About 3/4 way through the cleaning (I was watching through the window, and so should you if you decide to go here), I noticed they had not done the trunk yet. After asking the manager about it, she placed a tag on the back to indicate it needed to be done. I actually saw one of those younger guys remove the tag, but not actually vacuum the trunk. When they were moving my car out after having "finished" the cleaning, I mentioned again that the trunk had not been vacuumed yet. At first they disagreed, but quickly realized that was true when I opened it. I will probably give this place one more chance. They have good prices, and the manager seemed on top of things, but the quality of service is super inconsistent depending on who is working on your car. be prepared to wait two hours to get your car detailed. they are disorganized. have two bays unfortunately I was unlucky to choose the wrong bay. they need to figure out how to take customers in order of their arrival. the guy next to me had his car done and left and two more cars left while I was stuck in the other bay behind a car that wanted the full package. maybe they should use one bay for appointments only and the other bay for express clean. read more

Very Bad experience. Waited 3 hours. Wanted to get mostly clean up inside. They took $35 and it took them less than 10 min to do the job. You can imagine the quality of this job. They left all plastic around the carpet dirty and told me it is not included. It was really bad. And to add the owner was very rude and not surprisingly his employee was the same. The Best Part: You get your MONEY WORTH for sure! :) For $30 + HST (they charge a little more for SUV) you get: - Good hand wash for your car, they do amazing job on the rims! - Vacuum carpet/mats/seats/trunk - all ashes from the smoking are gone even in hard to get places...don't know how they do it! :) - Complete interior wipe - Clean all the windows inside My car looks brand new after their $30 wash! :) Downside: The place is ALWAYS busy! 15-50 mins before you get in, 30 min for a wash....well, set aside1,5 hour for the wash! read more

Found it on Yelp. Drive my car to the site just next to the Esso station. There are 2 lanes at the back of the building going into the garage for car wash. Each time 4 cars can be in the garage. They are all hand wash. The lady owner is very busy directing traffic and checking availability of clean clothes and sprays. I can see each car including mine the exterior is so shiny after wash even though I only order the Supreme wash $30 + tax. The body and the roof are washed. The tires look shiny and the rims are washed. There are still some grease spots left on the rims. I may have to go for higher package for them to be absolutely clean. The glasses can see through with no prints on them. Even I open the windows and close them later with little rain spots on the glasses, when all of them are close and wait for minute, I cannot see any water marks left. The panel is clean. The best is the rubber carpets. They are shiny and black in color with no stains. The first time I stepped on one is slippery as if it is new. The only thing they miss is the empty truck that is not vacuum. I ask the owner and immediately the truck is vacuum. For $30 interior and exterior wash with such quality, you will not miss anything. read more

This might sound like a he said she said argument but I called them asking for the price after coming across their website and I distinctly remember being told that the charge of interior cleaning is 150 dollars. Their website also corroborated that. They said I've to pay 50 in advance and I have my credit card details. After cleaning however, they charged me for 50+150 (plus tax) making the total price 200! Worst was when I called up to check regarding the conversation the person on the other end of the phone was extremely rude saying the prices were written on a board above his chair in his office - couldn't I just read that. Nowadays, thanks to internet we mostly book service online and don't actually go to every dealer to check their price. He also said the pricing on website is not up to date. That's like saying the pricing on a restaurant menu is not up to date. I feel cheated and ripped of as a consumer. And insulted as a human being after that telephone conversation. I've really low threshold of being misbehaved at and after that phone call I actually started crying. Everything aside, we all deserve to be treated respectfully. Don't go to this place! Really want to give 0 stars if I can! The worst auto car wash I have ever visit. Found this place on Yelp and called in advance, was told that no appointment needed and please arrive 1 hour earlier than 6 pm (their close time) to guarantee the wash. So I left home earlier, stuck in the traffic for an hour, arrived at 4:45 pm and the guy told me that their waiting line always closes at 4 pm, he was very rude and didn't even listen to me mentioning that I called before. I went late on a Saturday afternoon about an hour before closing and there was quite a long line of cars. Finally drove in to the car wash bay about 10 minutes before closing and go the Supreme wash. Given the time, I thought they would rush the cleaning but this was not the case. They did a great job on both interior and exterior and you can see through the window that they really care to make sure everything is done correctly. I got here around 12:30 on a weekday. There were 4 cars being washed, and 3 more cars in line. I waited about 45 minutes until it was my turn. My car took about 30 minutes to be washed. By the time my car was done, it was around 1:45. I got the Supreme (exterior + interior), and floor shampoo for 1 corner (driver side). Before tax, the Supreme was $35, and the floor shampoo for each corner was advertised as $15, $20 with mats. The Supreme package already included rubber mat wash, but the clerk insisted it was $20 anyway. After taxes, the total was about $65. The exterior was washed well, but I've been to better car washes. There were specks of dirt remaining around the rear license plate. The interior console was spotless. Rubber mats were spotless. The driver floor area was cleaned very well, but there were still pieces of leaves and grass where the edges of the mats go. Admittedly, they did a good job cleaning the area considering the amount of salt stains, but it wasn't perfect, and wasn't worth the extra $20. My car is about 2 years old with leather seats, and still retains the "new car smell". After the wash here, the interior smells a tad herbal, probably from the soap they use. It's 10 degrees outside, but I had to drive home with the windows down, hoping for the return of my new car smell. The wheel cleaning and tire dressing was hardly noticeable. I wanted to take a picture of my pretty all-seasons after swapping my winters off, but they looked the same as before the "tire dressing". This place is one of the better car washes, but my experience wasn't worth the $65. If I go back, I will go for the "Interior Only" package for $20. Wheel cleaning, tire dressing, floor shampoo was a miss. read more

Took my Land Rover to Supreme Auto Bath this morning and it was an excellent experience overall. The moment that I parked the vehicle at the service bay, the attendant greeted me courteously and explained the various detailing packages and add ons available - I had interior and exterior detailing and carpet shampoo completed, all done in less than one hour. Their prices are very competitive - In the past I paid over $120 for these services elsewhere. Excellent detailed and thorough job - every attendant and the Manager were all courteous and polite. Lots of bays available to keep the service moving quickly and the WiFi and TV is a great feature for customers waiting. Thank you Supreme and keep up the good work! read more

Took my full size suv in for a "supreme complete" - interior and exterior detailing. Decent job on the interior, but they did not wash (let alone wax) the roof. Polishing on the exterior was okay, but missed lots of little spots - some easy to get to, others in tighter places, like behind the door handles. It's really the roof that miffed me, though. I even asked if I could pay extra to get the roof washed and waxed and they said no. If they're going to charge $65 extra for an suv, then they should do the extra work. If they refuse to wash any part of any passenger vehicle, they really ought to consider a different line of work. read more
