This experience was beyond unacceptable and I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company. My sister used Supreme Mobile Tire Repair to repair a flat tire on her 2014 Jeep Cherokee. They removed the tire, took it to their shop, repaired it, then returned and reinstalled it in her garage. Just 12 days later, while driving through a roundabout with her young daughter in the car, the exact same wheel completely detached from the vehicle. Police responded to the scene, documented the incident, and the vehicle had to be towed to an independent repair shop. The repair shop determined the wheel came off due to improper installation and loose wheel hardware. Damaged/stripped wheel hardware was also documented. Thankfully no one was seriously injured, because this could have ended much worse. What is most concerning is the company's response. Despite the repair findings, documentation, photos, and receipts, Supreme Mobile Tire Repair has refused to accept responsibility or reimburse the costs associated with the damage. A wheel falling off shortly after service is a major safety issue. Accountability matters, especially when customer safety is involved. read more

*DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Warning you will pay more fixing their errors!!! They put my spare on and stripped/ de threaded the lug nuts, leaving me to have to come to a mechanic to have them replaced. When I called to let Supreme Mobile know the situation they said there was nothing they could do, and that there was no way that the repair man could have done this. Thanks but no thanks. **Simply use another service!!!! It would be cheaper to find someone else who knows what they are doing. * Response from you saying you will take care of it if I reach out, but I already have twice and you were not willing to take care of it, you were the same manager I spoke to. You are "willing" to take care of it on Yelp for future customers to see, however you will not actually fix the error, instead continue to pass the blame. I needed my battery charged - the car was in my garage - my insurance roadside service - Traveler's - phone service was NOT working so I started calling 5 star towing companies - several did not have time - one man said they 'didn't do battery jumps' - so I called Supreme Mobile Tire - no I didn't notice that they specialize in tires - but 'Rick' said someone would be by in about 30 minutes... Only around $75 - cheap at twice the price - my car was not drivable and I needed milk and bread... Yes - they did farm my call out to Alloy Auto - 'Don' jumped my car - he was extremely kind and caring too - as was Rick!!! read more

I called this shop at approx. 6 AM last Thursday 1/9), they said to schedule an appt online through the link and that it would be approximately an hour and a half.  I selected the earliest timeframe which was 6:45 am understanding that they probably wouldn't be there until 7:30 based on the phone call.  At 7:42 am they called to say they were running behind and someone should be here in 45 minutes to an hour.  They arrived at 10:06 am.  They were courteous upon arrival and said they could not put the tire on b/c of suspension damage.  I had the car towed to a shop who told me that the tire had tread separation.  When I called Supreme back, the person who answered the phone said they had "never heard of tread separation" but they would swap out the tire.  I called back the following day to give them the info on the shop that it was towed to and they stated again they had "never heard of tire separation" and that they didn't know what that was.  The person then started suggestion that the tow truck could have caused the issue and said they could send me pictures of the tire.  I then received a call back from another person who said that they could see about discounting the service but started indicating that they didn't want to switch out the tire b/c they had pictures showing it was fine.  I told them that I had not seen the tire but that I had sent the photos to the current shop it was at to see if the tire looked to be in the same condition.  He then said he had a video of the whole tire changing process that he could send me.  He insisted the tire was good, I told him that I didn't know and that I was repeating what the other shop had told me but that it had not been driven on.  I asked him to send me the video which he initially said he could show me.  He then said he didn't feel comfortable showing his process to "some other random shop."  I told him there was nothing proprietary about changing a tire and then he got defensive and asked if I would want someone looking over my shoulder while I was doing my work.  I said that if I thought I had done a good job, I wouldn't mind and he said "that's you, if you wanna do that that's fine, but I'm not."  So, apparently in order to get the video that shows that they gave me a good tire and installed it properly I will have to file a lawsuit and get it in discovery.  In all fairness, the tow truck driver could have been the one that damaged it, but we'll never know b/c they won't share the video footage showing that the tire was in good condition and the 3 pictures they sent doesn't show the whole tire.  It's also concerning that I was told twice that they've never heard of tire separation. read more

I had a great experience with Supreme Mobile Tire!! I work 2 jobs Monday-Sunday and by the time Im off, all the tire places seem to be closed. I have been trying to get my car into the shop for the last 4 weeks but there genuinely just isn't enough time in my day. I ended up looking up a mobile tire place on a whim this afternoon. Luckily enough I came across this business first. While I didnt think I was actually going to proceed with the service since I didnt know how long it might take, I requested an appointment and heard back from their team within literally 2 minutes of submitting. The guy over the phone answered all my questions quick and friendly. I was on my lunch at work when I put the ticket in (around 11:30). I put the appointment for 12:30 and they were there fast and in a hurry. By 1:30 my car was good to go! Alex and Daniel were helping me out and, given I was at work, they had alot of patience when it came to waiting on me to respond to any questions or requests they had. My tires have locks on them and Ive had trouble with literally any mobile business trying to take my wheel off (AAA/ Roadside Assistance/ Honda Car) but Alex and Daniel had no problem at all. They were incredibly quick in preforming the service, without compromising the results they delivered. Car stuff can also be really annoying being that Im a girl and feel like some businesses are trying to get a one up on me since I know nothing about cars. But when it came to Supreme Mobile Tire, I payed the exact quote that they gave me and that was that. They sent me a photo of my car all good to go when they were done. This whole process was easier than getting my coffee from Starbucks. I will definitely be using this business again! Wouldn't recommend to my nemesis. I have never been so disrespected by a company. To start I had a horrible experience dealing with the company as they decided to lie on the phone about having parts, times they would arrive, and how much the service would be. I would be told $225 on the phone but end up paying $275... where does the other $50 come into play? I truly would not let any loved one or family member through a service like this. read more
