We started looking at houses and he tried pressuring me into every house we looked at it seemed he was desperate to make a quick commission off of my hard earned money I saved my entire life to buy the perfect house I was looking for. Tim wanted me to buy a house that I didn't even want and he wouldn't stop pressuring me and just wanted to make a quick sale for his commission. Another issue is he had a Bluetooth in his ear the whole time and was talking to other clients and he kept talking to people about the HOA board he was on and he went on and on about it with whoever he was talking with, you would think that the customer would come first and trying to find the right house for the customer rather than talking about an HOA he is on .Very unprofessional and I would not recommend him or his company to anyone! I found another real estate company and they were awesome and I found the house I was looking for and is now under contract. Please stay away from Tim O'brien you will not be happy there is great real estate companies out there and they are not one of them!
