The first thing one notices when Frank, the owner, comes to your home to do an estimate. Is his professional appearance and knowledge of the subject. He understood precisely what I was asking him to do and made recommendations but it was always clear: The customers wants and needs come first. Frank is very personable and real. You get a feeling of genuine trustworthiness just by talking with him. I had a price in mind and was pleasantly surprised when his quote was lower than what I thought it would be. I am used to being gouged by these people and gouged even more when you asked for anything additional. Not with Supreme! Based on previous experience with other (hit & run outfits) Supreme actually did more than I expected. When I asked them to take out two additional shrubs: They just did it no questions asked. (The Lumber-Jack) would have added 50 bucks easy and leaft the yard looking like a storm hit... Supreme cleaned up everything to the point where the yard and driveway looked even better than before they came! They also have all the required, commercial quality, tools of the trade required to do the job right. *** One last Important Thing: They care about things that are important to you: Like your flowers... They covered covered them with a tarp to protect them. If they break or damage something they fix it! Example: A branch fell on our chain-link fence and bent a 20' section of the top rail. Not sure why Yelp says I'm in California - I live in Richland, Wash., the job location. I am very pleased with the work performed by Supreme Tree Service on my three sycamores that were 70 years old/70-ft. tall. Frank answered his own phone the first time I called, and performed and delivered his estimate the same day. I accepted his bid on the spot -- it fit my retiree budget much better than two other bids. Supreme educated me on having the City disconnect the wires to the street light and house. The workers demonstrated strong teamwork and safe work practices, using the correct safety gear and equipment to effectively and efficiently trim one tree and remove the others. The company's lift basket provided safe access for the chain saw operator. Branches and leaves were shredded and hauled away. Logs were loaded and hauled away. Roots were ground into a compost that will benefit my growing beds. All of the crew members were pleasant and professional. I called several tree removal companies for bids to remove two, multi trunk white birch trees in my back yard, and I chose to hire Frank and his company. He responded quickly to my call for a bid. He wasn't a bull-shitter, and I got a good feeling about him. He and his crew were very careful when driving on my lawn with a big truck. They laid down old wood boards to disperse the weight. I am so impressed by Supreme Landscaping. We requested bids from four companies to take care of removing and trimming our arborvitae. Three companies came out and gave us estimates. Supreme was by far the most affordable. However, they went way over and above on their service! They took care of old cuttings that were not part of the bid. They took care of more removals that we asked for additionally with no problem. Then to top everything off, they mowed and edged our lawn at no extra cost! Frank and his brother did such an awesome job, and they were such friendly guys! We contracted them to come back next week to do some more! Had a big willow tree split and the fallen part was blocking a public street. Called Frank who quickly came over and provided a very fair estimate to perform the removal work. More importantly he agreed to schedule the project the following day. Frank and his assistant Eden showed up on time as promised and very quickly but carefully cut up, shredded, and loaded the debris. They then cleaned up the street and my yard leaving no trace of the unfortunate collapse. Frank is very professional, courteous, reliable, and competent who delivers excellent results at super competitive prices. Supreme Tree services was easy to reach on a saturday morning when other tree services were not available and they were prompt to come out and give us a quote, it was affordable enough to not look for a second estimate and we were especially pleased when they said they could come out even on a Sunday to get the job done! Their availability alone helped to resolve a crummy tree emergency where the fence broke due to falling tree branches that went into neighbors yards! We had 6 Wichita Blue Junipers as a windbreak in our side yard. Several were leaning quite a bit. Frank and his assistant arrived on time. They were efficient, knowledgable, friendly, and very professional. Their safety precautions were right on. They removed the 6 trees, chipped up the branches, ground down the 6 stumps and cleaned up the rocked area well. The quote was very fair. I am pleased with the value for my money. Frank arrived at the planned day, and called before arrival. He worked very efficiently and I was especially impressed with his own personal safety measures. He always had two safety devises in place. He trimmed our very large tree in a very small space and dropped all the limbs safely to the ground without hitting any of the surrounding fences, garden shed, shrubs, fish pond and planters. Frank and his associates did a fantastic job trimming 15 large pine trees, 5 willow trees, removed 2 trees and cleaned out numerous runs of large arborvitae.
