My yard was overrun and needed replanting. It took almost a month before they were able to start the peoject, and only after i had to contact them several times asking when the work would begin. There were some delays that were not their fault, but there were also several commitments that they failed to meet and had to reschesule on me. They never let me know ahead of time that work would not be able to be completed. They would just miss their commitment and then i was left to contact them and find out the reason. After the initial work was finished, they were supposed to continue with weed control. They never showed up again. The manager contacted me several times inquiring about my lawn. Every time i told him weeds were growing back strong. The week of the 4th of july, i sent him a picture of my overgrown yard. At this point it was worse than before they dis the first job because the weeds were being watered. He said he would have someone over to pull weeds or mowz but again nobody showed on the agreed date. My yard was an absolute mess for the holiday weekend. After that i cut ties with this company and will never do business again. The wasted my time as a customer by telling me they could meet my needs, but completely fell flat on providing the actual service. Dont waste your time with this company. Their hands are too full to take care of you.

Timing was occasionally confusing due to weather and other scheduling concerns but once the job was started they worked consistently until everything was done. No gaps in days or other inconveniences.

He and his grandfather set up a time, showed up on time, listened to my issues. They put a new digital box in that i went and got myself, set it up and showed me how to use it. Came back several times over the course of the next few days (they were a mess) Fixed my sprinklers; which consisted of a couple new ones, finding some under the grass, replacing some filters and general maintenance on the outside part of the system. They were so kind, helpful and gracious as i asked all my questions. When it came to the cost, I felt that I was undercharged. So, I'd say they were very affordable!

Everyone I've talked to recommended Gamache and said what a good job they did. Did I just fall through the cracks? Update: So...after 6 weeks and writing the review above, I was finally contacted about doing my repairs. They were able to get out the same day and the repairs were completed. Was contacted afterwards to see if the repairs were satisfactory. Replied that the were and was very happy with them. Was then asked to take down my original review! Really??? Stated that I would update. Couple of days later I received a call asking if I had received the statement. Huh? Yeah, I got it and it's in the mail. This company is horrible. The wood quality is awful, our fence latch broke once and now where the…read morehinge is attached broke because they were cheap and lazy and added a bunch of small pieces of wood that make no sense. Most of my fence is already falling apart after less than 2 years of it being up but the gate is just over a year old now. The grass that was placed is constantly dying and isn't level in the slightest. they placed it down on uneven ground and over huge rocks which has created huge holes once the grass settled and I've nearly sprained my ankle many times. My lawn mower blade stopped because it hit a rock that was very close to the surface. Not only was the grass placed over uneven ground, there was also trash, nails which were rusty, and huge chunks of wood. Some of the sprinklers weren't properly placed and one got destroyed by my lawn mower so I had to replace it- which I planned on doing anyway since the sprinklers they install are completely cheap and they either placed too many in one area so it floods or they don't reach everything and my grass is constantly dying. I am not the only one with these issues. There are over 20 people I've talked to so far in my neighborhood. I could go on forever. I should mention after my complaints throughout the years of dealing with this company, they fixed SOME of the rock under the grass issue and fixed the gate latch. The gate latch was fixed when I extended some fencing and later found out that since their wood is so cheap, the previous wood gets thrown away even if it's less than a year old. makes a ton of sense. Don't use this company- buyer be warned!
