Took my renewal BLS/PALS course here. Brandie was the best instructor I have ever had for this course. She was informative, funny, encouraging and kept the class light. I love learning from someone who works in the field because they add so much real life experience and knowledge. Class size was 7, which was perfect for questions. The room was laid out well and they even had coffee and snacks for us!! I will be coming back here for all of my recertifications! read more

SureFire CPR provided a comfortable and informative class. I had not taken a class like this before and was surprised by how much fun the class was. The four hour class seemed to fly by and the information was easily communicated and demonstrated. The hands on training was easy to follow and made me confident in my ability to use if necessary. I had not taken a class like this before and found it to be fun which I was not expecting. The instructor (John) was extremely knowledgeable and took a genuine interest in making sure everyone in the class was comfortable with the dummies and how to effectively administer CPR, if necessary. The first aid portion of the class was also explained and demonstrated in an easy to follow manner. As a school employee and mother of a toddler I couldn't be happier with my experience with SureFire CPR and recommend this class to anyone needing CPR training for work or just personal use. Needed to get CPR/AED/First Aid certified for my new job. This class was super informative and not nearly as dry as the info given in other CPR classes I've taken. My instructor was Greg and he was extremely informative and educated and kept the class moving forward while keeping us all actively engaged. 4 hours went by very quickly and I walked out with my card in my hand! I will definitely be re-certifying with them in 2 years, highly recommended. read more

purchased this class simply cuz the website made it easy to select which class was the right one for me, was low priced and many early dates available. Before taking the class I wasn't sure I picked the best one but I wasn't really concerned cuz I just needed my cpr aed card asap. Sometimes you just get lucky. John was our instructor and he was awesome! Friendly, comprehensive, thorough, fun, quick, card in hand at the end of class, but most of all John emphasized the aspects that make training on your mannequin and actually performing cpr in a real life situation different, and having the confidence to step up to the situation. It also helped that John and the staff work in the field and perform these procedures regularly as opposed to other cpr instructors who've never performed it (this is common so be ware). bottom line- quick, easy, low cost, fun, great instructor, got my card, can perform cpr now confidently. read more

If you want or need to get certified/recertified in CPR, this is the place to do it. I just recently took a CPR class here to get recertified in AHA BLS CPR for healthcare providers. I also signed my wife up so she would know what do do If I dropped in front of her or if our 17 month old was choking. I was very impressed with the instructor, facility and cleanliness/condition of the equipment. I chose this company because I heard by word of mouth how great and affordable the classes were here. They also had many dates to choose from, which was convenient for my busy schedule. The class size was small and intimate, the instructors answered whatever questions I had and made the class feel effortless. I plan to take ACLS and PALS here in the future. Excellent class! Took CPR/AED at the Orange location last night. The instructor (Steve) was knowledgeable, friendly and fun. I've had CPR training through other organizations and Surefire definitely ranks at the top. They have all the training equipment necessary: adult and infant dummies; video instruction in addition to hands-on and verbal instruction provided by the experienced instructor; AED trainer; sanitary practices and the facilities are clean and have excellent amenities for the night classes. Also, the course included a test, which you are more than prepared for, but lends an extra sense of credibility to the course and confidence to trainees that they will know what to do if the time should come. BEST OF ALL: You get your certification card right at the end of the class. No waiting for it to come in the mail. Also, I called Surefire before registering for the class on-line and the staff on the phone was friendly and helpful. I received the same quality level of customer courtesy when checking in for the class at the front desk. Highly recommend training with Surefire CPR. read more

This class was excellent. Had to renew my BLS certification. Nick was the instructor. It was great to have someone with experience in the field who could relate the techniques to real situations encountered. The class was concise with lots of hands on training. No time was wasted. I've taken courses with other companies that rely more on video instruction, which isn't as effective. Coffee and snacks on site were an added bonus. Highly recommend SureFire. read more

I just completed my CPR/AED/First Aid class at the Laguna Hills, CA facility. Our instructor was Nick, a young EMT from Orange County, CA. Nick was not only extremely knowledgable and taught me a great deal, but made the day fly by with laughter . The entire class was very knowledgable and threw a lot of very good questions at Nick which he answered with ease. I highly recommend this place to either get newly certified or renew your existing certification. Brad was my instructor for BLS renewal. He was informative, and he made the class fun. We each got our own Adult/infant manikins to use. I liked that they we're more softer than other CPR class companies, which is nice that my hands aren't sore. The class was about 3 hours long. I will most definitely go to SureFire in the future and recommend others. read more

Took the CPR/Basic First Aid course with Hunter. It went quickly. I only checked the time twice. I like how Hunter uses his experiences for examples of what to do and how it's important. The interactiveness of the course was very helpful. read more

I did BCLS and ACLS training here within the last two months and this company is one of the best- they concentrate on what they need to do to teach healthcare providers what they need to know for these certifications while being respectful of the fact that we all lead busy lives with a minimum of free time - the classes are to the point without instructors wasting time. The staff are highly skilled professionals who come to class well-prepared. They have working equipment so students can practice skills in a realistic environment- their goal is to teach in as comprehensible a manner as possible. I've been impressed with these two certification courses and will be back for recertification. read more

I take my AHA classes here every time. The instructors are professional, relevant and do a great job to educate while keeping it streamlined. You get your cards the same day and they even offer snacks. Support staff are also helpful; Emailed reminders are a plus... I am a paramedic who just moved to the area I needed an ACLS renewal. SureFire was recommended to me and I was very impressed both with the instructor and relevance of the material presented.
