I was immediately helped and given a set date when the car would be ready, which is incredibly helpful with a busy schedule. Though the car was finished one day late, I was informed ahead of time. Great communication. I had an additional problem with the car (was not caused by the accident, and not their fault) and took it back in for a re-evaluation. They promptly took the car back to look at it, and fully explained to me (and showed me) the problem going on, and some courses of action at no extra cost. In my eyes, they are an outstanding team. The quality of the work was borderline immaculate. The fender assembly is all fixed up/replaced and the paint blending was far better than I thought it would turn out. It makes sense why Advanced Collision has grown so large.
