If you or your child is under 48 inches expect to have NO fun. Some of the lifeguards here are real jerks and especially to kids. One made my child and at least 20 others bawl their eyes out after telling them all they couldn't go down the water slide anymore after they all had been down over 20 times earlier that day. They make up rules whenever they feel like they need some extra attention and don't give a rats if they make tons of children cry. This place is overpriced and dirty. Wasps and seagulls harassing you all day but not as bad as the lifeguards. They're horrible. read more

It was okay... I just thought It should be better than what I have expected... but what the heck its only 2 hours away from the Tri-Cities and its somewhere you can cool off a little... just dont go onn a Sunday and I tell you theres no even a place to swim... you will just be standing in one place or else someone will steal your spot.... Its very very very busy. Don't expect a fancy food from their concesion but atleast you can bring your own food and drinks and they wont mind. Today was our first time visiting. It was my middle sons 9th birthday and he requested a water park. We are from Tri-cities, so this was roughly an hour and a half drive. We packed snacks and a lunch in our cooler and arrived around 10:30am (they open at 11) we had to fill out a Covid form for all in our small family group but got in relatively fast after and admission was reasonably priced. Grabbed a table close to bathrooms and a toddler shallow area. (We have a toddler lol) It really didn't get overly busy until the time we had originally planned to leave, 2:30/3:00 which was surprising for a Saturday at the end of summer. My son had an absolute blast and said it was a 10 out of 10 birthday!!! Gold star for mom My family and I plan on visiting many times again next summer and my husband made the suggestion of if your an early bird like us, grab the shaded area with the picnic tables between each sides of the park Can't wait to go back! read more

Been coming here since I was a kid. Love how this is city run so it keeps costs down. Came this week and was really impressed with how clean the park is! We even burried the kids in the sand. Also it's great that they keep adding to the park, so far there are multiple slides, diving boards, lazy river, surf machine, sand volleyball courts and slides and toys for the kids. We love this place. Best thing to do on a hot summer day in Moses Lake. The kids and I have a fun day for less than $20.00 (sno-cones included). I have younger kids so we are mainly at the "pirate Island" slides and in the lazy river. You can bring in your own food and drink as long as it is not in glass. Get there early to get some shade, it is a popular spot. We often come in the AM, take a break for a couple hours in the afternoon and come back before dinner for another hour. A full day of play for a price that can't be beat. As with anyplace, there can be some older kids running around and forgetting their manners. Speak up parents....I have not had a problem once I have reminded them to watch out for the little kids. It also helps to do this in-front of a lifeguard. read more

The waterpark is great the only thing I would say is I do not recommend you getting food from the concession stand that is ran by tacos Mi Casa! Everything is way overpriced and we purchased two snowcones that tasted like ice and food coloring for four dollars a piece. Sodas are five dollars for a large again I recommend your plan and bring your own food since they allow you to do so you will be saving yourself a lot of money. read more

Sweet park in the middle of WA! Cashier warned us of maybe closing down do to smoke from forest fire. I asked what the chances are and he said probably not good because same scenario happened the day before. Well 50 minutes later there was a voice over the loud speaker that claimed the park was closed. We tried to get free passes to come another day with no go. Lame! We were warned but who the eff doesnt help a family out when they paid for 4 people and didn't even spend an hour there?! For a smaller water park this was a fun family friendly environment and cheap. Staff was polite, loved that you can bring an ice chest with your own drinks and food inside. No Alcoholic or glass beverages. They have all something for all ages. We had a great experience and will definitely go back the next time we are in Moses Lake. read more

Not sure why this place has two Yelp pages with different names....but I'll copy my review over from the other page: We've been to better. Much better. But, it's something, I guess. It's reasonably inexpensive, but is almost always packed. There have been a ton of rude kids running around every time we've been, so we just don't go anymore. If we want to go to a water park, we make the drive to Spokane-CDA, to Boulder Beach, Splash Down or Raptor Reef @ the Holiday Inn in Hayden Lake, where the lifeguards are more attentive, and parents are expected to keep an eye on their children. They are more expensive, but you get what you pay for, in my experience. I'd much rather my children get to enjoy the water park without being shoved around by bigger kids who aren't supervised. If we want to get wet in Moses Lake, we just go to the lake. :) The type of place that'd be good if you have older children or teenagers. read more

One of the best things about summer in Moses Lake is Surf n Slide water park. Nice park like setting, shade trees, grassy areas perfect to relax with a trashy tabloid while the kids go wild! To big waterslides, flowrider body board and surfing, lazy river, diving boards and plenty of room in the pool to cool off. It's awesome you can bring in your own cooler full of snacks and drinks (no glass), or if you don't want to bring your own they do have a concession stand. People frequently have pizza delivered too! I remember when this place first opened up as the Moses Lake Aquatic Center. It was fairly reasonable then. As they started adding more features it got more expensive. It now costs $10 for adults and $8 for kids over 4 years old. Before we had the Aquatic Center/Surf'n'Slide Water Park, we had the old Svedberg Pool. One pet peeve was that when the college's Manta Ray's swim team had practice, everyone else had to leave. Now we have this huge water park with several pools and they STILL close the place down to the public for the swim team as well as for swimming lessons. I went there to cool off after work yesterday. Had to pay the full $10 but only got to stay for an hour. I can't go earlier in the day, I work till 5pm and by the time I make it down there it's going to be 5:30. I don't understand why they can't leave the rest of the park open and just rope off the areas being used by the swim team or for lessons. It's a big park, surely they aren't using all of the pools. I was thinking about getting a season pass but It's just not worth it for me if I can't at least swim for a couple of hours in the evening. I work in a hot restaurant kitchen and it would be nice to be able to go cool off after work and get some exercise in. I don't like going on the weekends because the place is always so packed that you can hardly do any real swimming. Bottom line: It's worth the $10 if you can go early enough and stay for at least a few hours. I think the price should be lowered to maybe $5 if you get there within one hour of closing. And they really should stay open later, 6:30 or 7pm makes it very difficult for people who work all day to go during the week. It stays light out and warm enough in the summer to justify at least an 8pm closing time if not 9. It has pool area for adults and kids, playground area and sand area for kids to play in the sand. Also has floating pool to float on tubes and surfing pool which looks super fun! read more

My kids love this place. It's the perfect size water park. Not too big like some are so that its hard to keep an eye on the kids. It doesn't get too overly crowded or crazy busy. There's something for all ages. And it's super affordable. My only complaint was the food line was really slow, and ice cream not available when we were there. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely the worst water park I've ever set foot in. Besides the fact that we arrived about noon and the line rapped around the block, the women at the counter were extremely inexperienced. They weren't able to answer basic questions. As soon as we walked in to the locker rooms they were filthy and reaked of mildew. Many people were just casually walking around with foot fungus, DISGUSTING! There's children here barefoot and no rules visible anywhere. Just walking into the park the whole place was uncontrolled with children running around the pool and grown ass adults on the baby slide! I mean, come on! This is probably due to the fact that the whole place was extremely over crowded in the pool and sitting area, packed to the point that there was no more than a foot between families. The pool had more people than water. It was ridiculous. came here as a cheaper alternative to going to Silverwood Theme Park which we attended every year and boy was that the worst mistake I've ever made. This "park" shouldn't even be called a park, it's a lawsuit waiting to happen. The $13 dollar entrance was a waste of money. Silverwood being over $50 just for entrance into the park is actually worth the investment no matter how long of a car ride and how expensive. Never setting foot in this cesspool again. Drove 66 miles to get there, hoping it would be fun for my three year old...well it was a total waste of time. the only thing in the water park he could do was float the lazy river, which one of the many 15 year olds working there yelled at my husband because he was going to just walk along our son in the tube...and the little lily pad area. They advertise water slides and yet you have to be 48 inches to go on it,( cant even go on with an adult) we have been to several water parks and this was just pathetic. the workers were rude. I then had a " life guard" yell at my son for swimming under a bridge when other kids were doing it too. Just seemed as though the Teens working there didn't want any little kids to have fun. I guess if you want to be told what to do , how to do it and when to do it, and then yelled at by a bunch of snotty teenagers then this is the place for you. I will NEVER go there again. Not a great place for adventurous three year olds. this place is good for kids 7 and up. Id also like to add that neither myself or husband saw One adult working there and the only nice kids that were working were the ones at the food stand. Very disappointing. We will be going back to Silver Rapids in a few months for a much funner experience in Kellogg Idaho. Great place for all ages and the employees there are wonderful read more

This was a great place for a relaxing family outing with a total of three under 3 little ones. There were a couple good options of places to splash in the water (including a lazy river) along with some water slides and flow rider ride for the adults. This is perhaps the most quaint water park I have ever been to but our family had fun here for sure. Also, we price was great at $10 per adult and kids under 4 for free. read more

We had a great time here-- we went on a weekday- and it was busy, but no lines at all- and plenty of room to swim- not sure how it is on a weekend or during the heat of summer. Great price- all four of us for under 40 bucks and you can bring picnic stuff. Make sure to bring your sunglasses-- not sure why the pool and everything is white- but really does a number to your eyes if you dont have sunglasses. Bathrooms are very clean. Lifeguard staff- very attentitive-and sweet-- I heard them saying "Sweetie, you have to stay in your tube" and "kiddo, you have to walk" they make sure nobody is running, flipping their tubes, all the little kids are watched very closely-- especially on the flowrider- they help them out. The little teenage girls are very good with the little kids, my 6 year old wanted to try the boogie board on the flow rider and they were so good with her. Clean park- had janitors walking around all the time. read more
