It's a family run business, and I had Dom, his wife and daughter bring me my meal on this morning. The staff are all super friendly. Meals are all delicious, and great sizes; you won't come away hungry. On a nice day they can open up the bay windows and you get the beautiful sea breeze In the more inclement weather, it's nice to sit safely ensconced inside, nurse a hot chocolate and look out at the weather. There was a couple that sat down at least 25 minutes after us that was served just after us. How on earth did our standard bacon and eggs take over 30 minutes to be served? The restaurant wasn't even busy. I'm terribly disappointed. I paid $50 for two breakfasts that were quite unsatisfying. I nearly walked away, but the food came just as I was about to. The staff member who took our money didn't ask how our meal was, though probably luckily for her. I wanted to get out of there and not return.

It ended up being over an hour's wait for a small takeaway order and the bloke behind the counter decided not to tell me it would take so long until after I'd paid. The ordering process was quite chaotic, no one seemed to know what they were doing even though this place has been around for a million years. Won't be returning which is a shame because we've been coming here on and off for over 30 years. They're simply not doing enough to maintain a decent level of service in what is now a very competitive industry.
