A couple of…read moreneighbors after a couple of months told me they were leaving this service because pool masters screwed up the chemical levels royally. I gave them the benefit of doubt. I now have a new service and the amount of issues with my pool chemicals and draining filling and re draining has gotten ridiculous in order to right the levels. I went back for 6 months and the levels the stated after service were exactly the same every week for 6 months. I'm furious.
