Took time to understand the situation (really slow water pressure in one bathroom and small drip that sounded like a leak). They replaced 3 bathtub drains that were corroded, fixed the issue with the water pressure and found what the drip was without putting holes in the ceiling below the bathtub (which was a plus). All works great and am very satisfied. Would recommend Farrell Plumbing & Cooling as a great option for those in the valley. p.s. They were recommended by a coworker for whom they had recently done some repairs. Since they were happy with the work and my prior plumber is no longer in business, I needed to find someone reputable. Will definitely use them again.

terrible experience w this company for total plumbing job on remodel. came immediately and gave…read morequote and then silence for weeks. should have ran then. they wanted a contract signed and then never provided one after numerous requests. then silence again for weeks until one day a call they were on the way. against my better judgement, but desperate for a plumber, allowed Farrell plumbing to start. they performed half the work and I paid them what they requested by credit card. continued on with my project. fast forward a neighbor calls me about 3 men around my home saying I hadn't paid my bill for plumbing. given the owners name to call and he informs me the supervisor was terminated who quoted me and he wants more money. more money was given in hopes to save the relationship and have the plumbing finished. presently the very kind owner dean (when he wanted more money) will not return my calls or emails. nor his office help. shame on you dean for being dishonest and having no integrity. you are a thief. as now I have paid more than the service that was provided. exactly what I told you I was afraid would happen. this company is a mess. do not use them
