The beds with no rails and rooms are disgusting, mold and rust in the rooms. Also, the smell of humidity as you walk through the corridors. No clean linen. I witnessed a nurse coming into my relative's room to take a blanket from her bed beacause she had 2, to give to another patient. I was left with a very, very sad impression of this place. TOTALLY UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY. Medicare pays for this service I would think they would be involved with the quality and high prices they pay for . STAY AWAY FROM HERE

The nurses, CNAs, therapists, and the entire team were attentive to her needs and made our family feel that she was in good hands. The facility was clean and welcoming, and communication with our family was excellent. What I appreciated most was seeing how genuinely caring and dedicated the staff was toward my mother and her recovery. Having a loved one in a rehabilitation facility can be stressful, but knowing she was surrounded by people who truly cared gave us tremendous peace of mind. Unfortunately I cannot give a good recommendation. The staff is pleasant but the therapy is not. After 23 visits I was told by my therapist that I did not need anymore sessions. I told her that the Doctor recommended more sessions and the insurance also recommended more sessions if I wasn't feeling well enough. I was walking with a slight limp. But the therapist would not change her mind. I also did not like the fact that while I was in therapy doing exercises, the therapist would walk away to do evaluation paperwork on other patients. By chance I bumped into a nurse at a Supermarket and recommended a different Physical Therapy place. I went on her recommendation and I noticed the difference right away with the therapist. After the first session my limp disappeared. I wasted 22 sessions at this physical therapy clinic. I would not recommend this place. Knee replacement surgery is a big surgery and you need the proper amount of therapy sessions. Patients are not cookie cutter, we are all different.

I'm still in the process of getting cleared by my surgeon ‍ since I had to switch clinics which she was fully aware of.. She said someone else canceled on her same dates coincidence I think not! ITS THE EXACT DATES I BOOKED WITH HER TO THE T! Then she has a problem with my husband dropping me off at the front door of her RH.. she said there's no parking at her RH ‍ then she said no ones allowed at her RH.. & if you book massages you have to pay her $20 daily for allowing someone else to do massages if it's not who she refers.. She also doesn't take you to any of your appointments that's extra money.. With human trafficking at it's all time high she's crazy if she thinks people shouldn't know where they're being taken too.. Supposedly she said she would give my husband the address when they pick me up from the clinic after surgery but by then my body would be long gone! ALL IN ALL I HAVENT EVEN ARRIVED TO THE RH AND ITS ALREADY everywhere do not stay here!! Save your money and go somewhere else ... She also expects you to pay your full balance in advance so if you ladies know before surgery you have to take the covid test so if you test positive you'll be out of all you RH money that you paid because she doesn't reimburse you!!! RUN ‍ LADIES RUN ‍

I did not receive transportation from the airport or to my pre op.. or post op. I used my own money to buy 5 Ubers while there. I even went to fill my own prescription the day before surgery. I got to the recovery house and when I say it was not pleasant. Smh. I asked for the bootybeanbag lounge chair that came with my all inclusive package they acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about. I got to use it for only a couple hours before my flight to head home. No warm blankets. They tried to charge me 20 dollars for a warm blanket!!! The chef is a nasty looking guy that come in and cook breakfast late everyday!!! The bathrooms are not that clean. You are not given any of the things they list unless u ask. Only thing they gave was PINEAPPLE JUICE.. I was charged 85 per massage while one of the other ladies were charged 75. The food was making me ill and was yelled at because I wouldn't eat!! I had to order Uber eats my entire stay. One lady had to be rushed to the hospital because they had her walking up and down stairs after a tummy tuck!!! Horribleeeee Please Save your money!!!! They scam for everything!!!!! The bbl pillow rental is $125 smh when the pillow itself cost $99 smh!!!! These reviews are real people!!! This recovery house hasn't been around more than a year!!! I've had…read moremultiple injuries and every time I take medications or go to a chiropractor it's a temporary fix or even aggravates the injury, but coming to physical therapy here has rehabilitated and even strengthened both my knee and lower back. 100% recommend to anyone suffering from low back pain or another injury.

We have gone to other physical therapy centers before, and he still struggled many months post surgery. In this center, he saw a huge difference from the first session. Chronic pain on his left knee post surgery that he thought he needed to live with, was greatly improved on his very first session.
