My mom loves the activities and they send me pictures almost everyday of her smiling and delighted to be there. Their attention to detail is incredible no health concern goes unaddressed and they often notice signs and symptoms before my parents do and get them care promptly. They even went as far as throwing my parents an anniversary party including taking my mom to the salon and getting her nails and hair done for the occasion. Worth every penny! When I called, a lady by the name of Diana answered, and when I gave her my information, she told me I had to pay $60 for my visit. I didn't understand it because I explain to her that my deductible has been met and that after the assessment they should be billing my insurance company and I should be responsible for only 20%. I even called back my insurance to verify this, but when I called back continued to tell me that it was $60 because that is what she saw in her system. She offered me to speak to a manager which was nice of her, but I was left on hold for 30 minutes so I hung up and I'm not calling back. It's a shame because I am ankle surgery and they really close to me. I don't know what's going on with Office staff these days, but they are a reflection of the practice and the fact that a manager left me on hold for 30 minutes is terrible business.
