The therapist that I see comes right to my home, Rob Babkie is a fabulous therapists and uses many forms of therapy to assist you in your circumstances, he also is very personable and easy to talk to, and you can make your appointments to fit into your schedule as well. The staff at the center are all very understanding and will give you appointments based on your schedule as well. The nurse there is a very kind person and communicates your comments or wishes to the doctor without hesitation if you call in for assistance. All in all Sequel Mental health rates 5 stars with me.

Getting anyone on the phone is extremely difficult, and if you leave a voicemail, do not expect a call back. On more than one occasion, I have been sitting in the virtual waiting room for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for my therapist or medication advisor to start the session, only to have to call the office myself just to let them know I was there. This is not based on one bad experience. This has been a repeated pattern of poor communication, poor follow-through, and extremely frustrating customer service. In my opinion, this is the worst mental health company I have dealt with. Seeking mental health care is already vulnerable and stressful enough. Patients should not have to chase down appointments, beg for communication, or feel ignored by the very people who are supposed to be helping them. At this point, I cannot recommend their services to anyone. I would strongly caution others to look elsewhere.
