When filling out my paper on how I would pay back on my federal and state Francois LAUGHED when I told him my amount I wanted taken out. He LAUGHED at my answer. I dont care if I said put $5, that is MY BUSINESS in how I pay my taxes back, for this man to judge me and LAUGH IN MY FACE about it completely blew me away. I will NEVER go back there ever again.
