So many options on products I love the brand Zion health I recently got there shampoo and conditioner and I'm hooked. I always stock up on my sage and often find the right crystals for me and always stocked up on my insense. The staff are always knowledgeable on products and herbs, they also have a large selection of herbs that they capsule or powder form formulas to help with certain needs and they will give you information on the formulas. Check them out I promise you won't be disappointed.

The people who worked there are also very, very nice and helpful with anything you need. They have different salad dressings that they make themselves and many different things to put in the salad. I won't lie the basil salad dressing that I got was a little bit strange. The taste was OK, but I don't think I would get it again because it was a bit chunky and a little bit too thick more like a sauce that you would dip some kind of food to rather than a dressing for salad. Overall, the food and the experience was good though I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back at some point.

This store used to be decent, but things have changed…read more The produce was always good, still is, but... The staff is a bit rude. I will say that now, especially the men working the meat counter. They either ignore you, glare, or tell you to go get what you need from the pre-packaged area instead. We stopped getting meat there a while ago because the meat is either expired or rancid. We ended up throwing away a Thanksgiving turkey and several packages of hamburger, steak, etc. We still liked the produce, baked goods, and some of the cooked items. We haven't been in a while because we've found other stores that we liked better. We went a few days ago and was absolutely blown away by the new prices. They have skyrocketed. I've never seen a store jack up the prices this high before. Some of the prices are double to triple what they were a year ago. Could not justify the price, knowing that I could literally drive two minutes down the road and get everything for a lot less. We watched several other customers take in the prices, shake their heads in disgust and walk out the door as well.

She took time and asked me questions to help her help me. We asked for one item in which her store didn't have. But as my friend and I were walking around she actually was looking for a similar and better product then the one we were inquiring about. She really cares about my health and wanted what was best for me. I am so happy that I now found the best multivitamin that is specific for my age and body needs. While, I do prefer the Winter Park location (as it is also near some other eateries and shopping areas), this location is also good. There's ample parking. It does get pretty busy but for the most part, you can usually always find parking. The staff are kind and helpful (when and if needed). The food options / varieties are great! They offer various cuisine types for just about everyone. This is also inclusive of their dining options (ie their hot and cold bars, bakery and the like). They have a range of household items, personal care items, toiletries, groceries, and so forth. So, again, you can usually find most of what you need. As far as their dining options go, I've gotten a hot lunch from Whole Foods on numerous occasions. I never eat there - but you can if you'd like as they have a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating options to enjoy your meal. I'm usually not disappointed with the options. I also really enjoy a number of their soup options. The bakery is probably my favorite section! I'm always leaving Whole Foods with something sweet. Nonetheless, Whole Foods is a great shopping experience. Again, they are pricey and are usually pretty busy, but it's usually always worth it.

I like the ambiance of the place, all relax, enough space to walk around, it reminded me of Whole Foods. They have vegan jerky and other snacks as such that I can only find at Chamberlains or on line. I came to walk around while the cat was at the vet with mom. I ended up getting some jerky and an iced tea while I waited. Usually I come for a smoothie or some kombucha. They have a lovely smoothie bar and a decent variety of kombucha. I'll definitely be back soon
