My December delivery was delayed because backsplash was damaged. January delivery: 1 cabinet was damaged and 1 cabinet was wrong. Erika was present for the delivery. Trinice, my salesperson, was also texted photos and taking care of it. February delivery: order paid in full for delivery. The wrong cabinet that was delivered in January was apparently not even addressed so the installer wouldn't install, the replacement cabinet is fine but the drawers don't fit and the countertop company won't measure until everything is installed. April: Trinice won't answer voicemails and emails. I'm approaching 9 weeks since the February delivery. This is a customer service nightmare which could have been resolved in the warehouse receiving department before it ever got to me.

I called on a Friday to see if they could meet me a potential investment property, and they were there Saturday morning at 8am. That property fell through, but fast forward a few months, and they just finished a HUGE renovation on one of my investment properties in Hammond. They did a full gut / reno on a grimy 3 bed / 2 bath single family house. One contractor told me the work would take 8 weeks, but these guys finished it in under 5 weeks! There are many wonderful things I could say about them, but a few things that set them apart from other contractors: Speed (they work fast) and Dedication (their team works 6-7 days / week and start their days as early as 6am. They have been on my project site for 21 hours on some days to finish their work). I feel many contractors have pretty good general knowledge, but no one is as fast and dedicated as these guys. I give them my highest recommendation!

In my case, Sutton politely and smartly ignored most of my style (imagine dogs playing poker) and helped Shari V find hers. They are a good combination. I thought interior designers helped with paint colors, throw pillows and things like that. KS completely changed my perspective. For example, house plans. Sutton was intimately involved with the design of the house. She had tons of input on space, flow, lighting, plumbing. And house design is just one example. Sutton was helped us think about things that only industry insiders know to worry about. We are at the tail end of long project. They even pulled a cabinet selection similar to what is being installed for me to compare to. I put down the deposit (half the total), and left. My dad decided a few hours later that he didn't want the granite and sent me back to get a refund. There was no issue with the refund. I felt bad that I had to ask after just placing the order, but the transaction was handled smoothly and without issue.
