I am an out of state real estate investor, but met Fatma and Basem when I was in NOLA at the end of 2019. I called on a Friday to see if they could meet me a potential investment property, and they were there Saturday morning at 8am. That property fell through, but fast forward a few months, and they just finished a HUGE renovation on one of my investment properties in Hammond. They did a full gut / reno on a grimy 3 bed / 2 bath single family house. One contractor told me the work would take 8 weeks, but these guys finished it in under 5 weeks! There are many wonderful things I could say about them, but a few things that set them apart from other contractors: Speed (they work fast) and Dedication (their team works 6-7 days / week and start their days as early as 6am. They have been on my project site for 21 hours on some days to finish their work). I feel many contractors have pretty good general knowledge, but no one is as fast and dedicated as these guys. The Siblings did an amazing job with updating my daughters new ( to her) house. Since she works and is school full time it often fell to me to oversee the project Both my daughter and I found their ideas to be creative and yet mindful of her budget. The customer service is amazing! At this time I am only at the part of getting an estimate however my first impressions are incredible. They were very responsive and easy to communicate through Yelp as well as through other means. I had an appointment on a Monday the 26th and stupid me thought it was the Monday before the 18th. I sent a message confirming that she was on for the meeting. She was able to come out last second as well as her worker to provide an estimate and they could not have been nicer! read more

My sliding glass door needed to be replaced and I was very discouraged at the quotes received being so costly. When a friend of mine recommended this company, I had assumed a job like this would be too small for them to bother with but I called anyway. So glad I did. One of the two Flipping Siblings reassured me that the job was not too small and quickly scheduled an appraisal, which was better then any prior one that I had gone through. Within days we scheduled the installation with the owner of the company who initially took my call guiding us through the entire time. He even met us at Home Depot to choose the best sliding door. The two men who installed the door were incredibly friendly, professional, skilled and efficient. The entire job took less than a day and that included the purchasing and delivering of the door. The owner would check in periodically and performed a final walk-through when the job was done.
