My bankruptcy petition was never filed by the firm. After months of trying to obtain updates and responses, I eventually had to file my bankruptcy case myself, and that case has since been successfully completed and closed. I have repeatedly requested an itemized billing ledger, documentation of the work performed, and a refund. At this point, I have not received the documentation I requested or a refund. Based on my experience, I no longer have confidence in the firm's handling of my matter. I believe clients deserve clear communication, accountability, and transparency regarding the services they are paying for. My hope is simply that the firm will do what I believe is fair by either providing documentation supporting the fees retained or refunding the money paid for services that were never completed. Yes! Matt Adams is the truth!…read more I had an issue with Transunion and Experian that I could not resolve on my own and needed professional help with to fix. To explain the issue, Transunion was listing a bankruptcy on my credit profile that was denied. I went through dispute after dispute with Transunion. I paid some credit repair places and to no avail. Matt dealt with Transunion directly and got the denied bankruptcy removed, along with the 4 credit items listed under such denied bankruptcy. On my Experian account, I have 3 or 4 Barclay accounts, but one was listed as closed by bankruptcy. This was or not the case. Again, dispute after dispute and nothing got resolved. Matt became my professional connection to correcting these inaccuracies! This was not a fast process, as it took a little over 6 months, but the results of removing this denied bankruptcy was the result needed and wanted.
