My sister then emailed her on the 10th, 25th and today to confirm a location because there photos were supposed to be on Wednesday and she hasn't responded AT ALL. My sister then emailed her tonight and canceled the appointment due to absolutely no contact from the photographer, let alone not confirming there appointment multiple times. Due to no fault of my sisters for canceling other than absolutely no communication or confirmation, asked the photographer to refund there deposit because she didn't hold up her end. The photographer has since refused, said she's been busy and blocked my sister on Venmo! Highly do NOT recommend. Unprofessional
