I was taken as an emergency, I was welcomed by a very pleasant woman who made the new patient process so pleasant. They identified the issue, got medication to pharmacy within 15 minutes and i was on my may. I have been back several times and always the same positive experience. I have ref my husband and two friends and all live this practice.

However, following my disputing a prior bill which their office had failed to follow up on, Dr. Saladino refused to see me for a scheduled medical appointment and even refused to come out of his office to speak with me for a few minutes. In addition, his office manager also refused to speak with me. The receptionist informed me that I would not be seen or be medically treated unless the outstanding bill was paid, even though it was disputed.I was told This was the practice's policy, in a curt and very rude manner.. I followed up with a heartfelt letter to Dr. Saladino which I hand delivered marked "personal and confidential." His 'reply' was a form letter discharging me from his practice. When you get there, you see people on their personal cell phones. Am a long-time patient, but when calling to get a sick visit on Friday morning, you get told 'we are closing at noon', and our urgent care is not open Friday's. They are open Saturdays. I got advised to go to an urgent care in the area. Forget about getting timely care from your provider even when you are a longtime patient when you have an emergency.
