I was taken as an emergency, I was welcomed by a very pleasant woman who made the new patient process so pleasant. They identified the issue, got medication to pharmacy within 15 minutes and i was on my may. I have been back several times and always the same positive experience. I have ref my husband and two friends and all live this practice.

Sure that looks great on paper but the man is in it for the money not the people. How can you keep track of everything when you are wearing a million different hats everyday? However, following my disputing a prior bill which their office had failed to follow up on, Dr. Saladino refused to see me for a scheduled medical appointment and even refused to come out of his office to speak with me for a few minutes. In addition, his office manager also refused to speak with me. The receptionist informed me that I would not be seen or be medically treated unless the outstanding bill was paid, even though it was disputed.I was told This was the practice's policy, in a curt and very rude manner.. I followed up with a heartfelt letter to Dr. Saladino which I hand delivered marked "personal and confidential." His 'reply' was a form letter discharging me from his practice. If a dehumanizing experience is what you seek, look no further!

When you get there, you see people on their personal cell phones. Am a long-time patient, but when calling to get a sick visit on Friday morning, you get told 'we are closing at noon', and our urgent care is not open Friday's. They are open Saturdays. I got advised to go to an urgent care in the area. Forget about getting timely care from your provider even when you are a longtime patient when you have an emergency.
