This is my first acupuncture experience…read more A few weeks back, I pulled a muscle in my left shoulder blade from doing rigorous yard work. It's been radiating pain from my shoulder, to my bicep, to my forearm and my hand- deep, dull and in escapable pain that has been keeping me up at night and making it hard to work. I have tried everything I can think of ice, heating pads, ibuprofen, sleeping on my back, specialty pillow that tilts your chin upright, lidocaine, chiropractor. Nothing has helped. The first time I went into this acupuncture place, they were quick to answer their phone and were able to get me an appointment the same day. When I went into their office, I was in so much agony that they chose to ice me and see me again in a couple of days, which felt like the right thing to do. A few days later, I went in for my first appointment and they only put in 2 acupuncture needles. Today, I went for my third appointment and they did four or five needles with the TEMS unit hooked up which sends electrical pulses through the needles. It was quite an interesting experience, but it actually feels like it did something! Both employees have excellent bedside manner. They are intentional and gentle and I felt the care they have for this work and their clients. I would recommend them 1000 times over because they have helped me feel like a human again.

I've been to her for acupuncture and herbs for about 5 visits so far and I feel so much better. Even after the first visit I felt a big improvement. At first I went once a week (my choice) then we'll be switching to every other week. She is the opposite of pushy, very mellow, so you pick if you want to come back in one week or two. I went to her for fatigue, stress, intestinal issues, etc. which is all greatly reduced now but I want to keep going to build even more of a sense of strength, stamina, and joy. Furthermore she even knows naturopath stuff like ordering blood tests, evaluating ones you've already gotten, food alergies & reactivities, food/diet suggestions, etc. I feel like she's my one stop shop for all my needs due to the fact that she's super knowledgeable w/eastern medicine but also definitely enough western medicine too. From her website and meeting her you can tell that she's the best kind of super-geek who has studied a ton and keeps studying, but all because she is driven to help people. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that she has an online booking feature on her website so you can see what's available and book right away. And spent 45 min with me for each apt. That's unheard of for us medical providers. We rarely have time. They went over my extensive history. Very unprofessional!…read more I only had 1 appointment with Christine, 2 things went wrong.... 1. She left a needle in my arm, which I removed at home when I realized my upper arm muscle was hurting. 2. The machine they use to heat the feet didn't work. She asked me to remove my shoes & socks and my feet were frozen when it was complete. Other than that she was pleasant & the affect from the acupuncture didn't last long. I did schedule a couple more appointments. An hour before my second appt in which I had already woken up early to attend, the receptionist called me to let me know that Christine was sick and would not be there. So we canceled, I didn't reschedule since I already had an appointment booked for 2 weeks after that. Day before my 2nd appointment I get another call, the receptionist again... had to switch my appt from Am to Pm because Christine had something come up. I said ok 230pm is fine, since I had this weekday off to do my appointments. Then the receptionist calls again about an hour later, saying she actually needs to cancel because Christine won't be in. So she tries to reschedule with me, instead says I'll see if Christine can fit you in sometime after I get off work that week, that she would call me back. Never got a call back. And I'm ok with that. I don't need that kind of negativity in my life! If I were to cancel an appointment an hour before the appointment I would get charged!

The doctor was on the phone at the time and it was clear. The dog was guarding his master. I didn't move and waited till the doctor was off the phone... he wanted to bring the dog around to meet me and encouraged me that he was friendly and actually OK to pet. I was not feeling it.. aside from the fact the dog was very protective, who has a dog in a healthcare facility? I had heard great things about Dr Eric., but definitely won't go back.
