A quick search on the Michelin list and Fuji Yaki came up as a one dollar sign option with a Michelin plate rating. We arrived around 6pm for dinner on a weekday which is incredibly early by French standards and we were seated immediately without a reservation. By the time we left around 7:30p the restaurant was packed full with a line waiting to be seated. Since we had spent the whole day walking around Versailles we decided to ball out a little bit and order the large boat with 10 pieces of sushi and 18 pieces of maki, and 12 pieces of a roll. The ginormous boat also came with a size of salad, soup, and gyoza for the price of $46 Euros. For such a reasonable price I wasn't expecting the quality of the food to be as good as it was, especially since we were in Paris and sushi is not exactly the food I think of when I think of Paris. On top of that the wine list was reasonably priced and the service was excellent. TLDR: I would 100% come here again, sushi is reasonably priced and delicious

Disappointed in our first real meal in Paris…read more We stumbled in after we checked into our hotel close by and were starving for a late lunch. We saw a couple other restaurants but were craving sushi and the restaurant was packed. We thought we'd give it a chance. I ordered a salmon, tuna and salmon avocado roll combination. It came with a cabbage salad that had a mayo base and very salty miso soup. My mother ordered the beef vermicelli bowl that was actually an appetizer but large enough as a lunch. We were both in regret. She thought her bowl was mediocre and that the fish sauce was lacking something. My sushi was okay. The rice was really odd in taste and the tuna was very pungently sour. Not normal. The salmon was decent but my belly wasn't too happy shortly after. The soup and salad weren't good. It was pricey for the food. Service was decent. But we won't ever be coming back.
