The quality of the tuna, whitefish, and shrimp were all fairly mediocre. There wasn't anything wrong with them, but the texture definitely tasted very much like the quality and age of the fish were safe, but not extremely fresh. That said, the salmon was excellent. I think Norway simply does salmon better than other fish. The mouthfeel was smooth and the fatty flavors came through on the palate. Overall, this place serves a decent lunch at the going rate for such things in Oslo.
