They do have some more Turkish items in their buffet lineup to satisfy the local crowd (borek...), but the core items are about as close to the US/UK version of Chinese cuisine as you will get in Istanbul. And, unlike some of the places in Atasheir and Bagadat St that seem to take advantage of Istanbul's upper-middle class in its obsession with high-status foreign stuff (*cough* Sushico *cough*), this one is very fairly priced at 19 liras for the buffet and 2.50 for soft drinks. It would get six stars if it wasn't in rundown, grimy, foreigner-infested Cevahir Mall, but dodging all the Middle East package tourists dropping hundred-dollar-bills for makeup and handbags is a small price to pay for a good Chinese buffet!

I order from them regularly and am always very satisfied. Pluses: delivery speed is super fast, quality and taste of food is great. Some sushi rolls (special rolls) come in set of 4, not 6 as usual. It is clearly stated in the menu / in the app - check the number of pieces before you order. If you love tuna try Maguro Uramaki special roll, it's very tasty (comes in a set of 4 pieces for 20TL). Sweet sour chicken is another all time winner. They have an app for iPhone which works well, and there is a translation of all dishes into English! Yummy food, both sushi and chinese. The chef used garlic, red pepper, and lime to masterfully to balance the taste and smell of the steam fish. The genius move was to add cabbage! The steamed cabbage altered the texture of the steam fish, turning powdery steam fish protein into a gentle adventure. The steamed cabbage also absorbed the garlic, chili, and lime and carried those flavors to our palate. Altering texture and taste in a delightful way with the humble cabbage. That is genius.
