After a while, we decided not to move forward, she took a very long time to return my message. I called her couple of times, she wouldn't be in the office either she had left already or didn't walk in to office yet (at like noon) Finally, she said she will only return less than half of what I paid with no tax via cheque. Wasn't helpful, wouldn't recommend. Do your research first, get all your fees figured out before paying. I trusted her because she was my lawyer at the time of purchasing my house.
