It was always kung fu or Kenpo or point fighting in the past so needless to say I like a challenge and all I can say is that they welcomed me with open arms and they're very happy with my effort and I'm pretty strong for an old guy and they have been letting me learn finesse and learn how to control my energy and how to build stamina and they've been incredibly patient and it's just unbelievable and it's resetting my whole physical base and it's got me thinking that I can start doing some of their MMA classes and I started doing a little bit of their judo although at 64 I don't really want to get slammed on the ground so they let me take it real easy but I mean I go as hard as I want in the Jiu Jitsu and they let me go hard. But they let me go as soft as I want with the judo and I'm starting to grab my gloves and get out there for their MMA and it is absolutely fantastic.
