At age 86, a spinal injury to my lower back left me unable to stand straight with intense pain. I was treated by Dr. Bearden at The Hughston Clinic with referral to Physical Therapy, hopefully in lieu of surgery. Beginning a new 2020 year I requested as a resident of The Orchard at Stone Creek to do PT there with Dr. Joseph Sharp, which enabled me to see him here at the residence in house. Immediately, he began working on my gait, soon I stopped walking stiff legged, could bend my knees, etc. I am still working to totally accomplish success and I feel like he is my miracle man. He has the uncanny knowledge and ability to know exactly what muscle to strengthen to correct any situation. His methodology is common sense- with a brilliant interpretation of the individual body he is treating. He is a fine tuner, encourager, and has helped me better than I can express.

Mother had to go to CP after a hospital stay. My mom has really good insurance so CP was very…read morehappy to take her even though they were not equipped for the amount of care she needed. She was there 2 weeks. They expect the family members to be there a lot and if the family isn't there advocating for the patient you never see any of the understaffed nurses. We made numerous calls to the administration offices and zero calls were returned. She progressively got worse, the Dr. that was assigned to her was horrible. He aided in her decline bc he wouldn't listen to the family members when they tried to tell him what her needs were. We essentially fired him. We told them we wanted her transported to TMH, and that is when we got communication from everybody in administration. They wanted us to give it another week, again I strongly feel this has to do with her insurance. We gave them one more day, no improvement and her breathing was worse. They transported her in the middle of the night to TMH. She is now in the ICU unit at TMH. My mom was sick when she entered center point, when she left she was very, very sick. So sick she is in the ICU unit. I feel CP is all about the money. I've since talked to numerous ppl and they have said the exact same thing. I would not recommend Center Point to anybody in the future.

This place is terrible, my godmother was there for a month and luckily we got her out before it was…read moretoo late . she ended up in the hospital with and ulcer because they never care if she eat or not. Most of the time food was cold and awful.... medications were never given on time. she was there for a month and was bathed only three times because she requested several times. When called nurses to help her to the bathroom they took 30 minutes or never came by and when had to go because could not wait they got mad. One time she asked to be helped to the bathroom and the nurse replied that she was on brake and left... Please do not take your loved one to this place their health will only deteriorate.

Came here due to an injury. When I first started coming here I was in a lot of pain. The staff here…read moretook the time and showed me different stretches to do for my pain, some exercises I can do to gain strength. I really enjoyed coming to this place because the people here really seem to care! They took the time to explain anything I has asked and never seemed annoyed that I asked a question. The whole staff is just awesome! If I need more physical therapy I will request to come back to this place!
