Care Chiropractic took really good care of me. I really enjoyed coming here. They get you in and out, very fast and efficient. I was never in here for more than 20 minutes, except for on my very first day, which is expected because of all the paper work. The employees are really friendly and helpful. They make you feel like a valued customer. Great southern hospitality. However, the are a few reasons I won't give them 5*. When you have an accident case like mine, just make sure you read everything you sign thoroughly and don't be afraid to ask questions. It would be good to let your attorney read over the information first, but that was hard for me since he was in Atlanta. If any little thing you're reading is just a tad bit confusing, ask questions. Also, they gave my attorney a hard time at first when he was trying to lower my bill there. They ended up lowering it, thank goodness. I do highly recommend them! Unprofessional and insist on using services not necessary. I have been to many other chiropractic practices and pain management clinics since I was in a car accident 2 years ago. Before I went on disability, I was a pharmaceutical rep. and had working relationships with numerous physicians as well as chiropractors that owned a practice that operated with a medical doctor. The services that this clinic provides are beyond what is medically necessary. Maybe some of the other reviewers have not actually seen how these practices work from behind the scenes but, from my experience, their staff is unprofessional and pushy. read more
