Disappointed in Sutherland-Weston. I would like to review them better, but here is what happened: I emailed via the website link to ask for an answer to one question, an area likely to be specifically for one team member (an expertise area). It took almost two full weeks to hear back with a, "I hear you reached out to us, what can I help you with". So I had to ask the long, specific question yet again. No reply at all. I did not get any response at all once I got connected with this person. I am looking for a person to help me make a series of videos for my website business. I will be heading south to Portland, and make a trip of it (go shopping and out to eat in Portland). Wish I could have gotten some feedback from a place neared my Brewer office. read more

I love your ad for the Bangor Chamber of Commerce, it is delightful to listen and watch. The ad was on MPBN Channel 10. The city of Bangor should be proud of this, it is light hearted and keeps you watching until the end! It would be nice to see a version in the printed world done just like the video for television. I started my job a few months ago and have been working with Sutherland Weston on a regular basis. I'm part of a family owned/local business and couldn't be any happier with the support I get from this group. When I have a question, they promptly answer, whether it be by phone/email/or a visit to my work to get things on track. They have gone above and beyond to assist me with our website and videos. I've received cheat sheets, hands on learning, and phone calls/emails, and lots of patience! I leave their office feeling confident in my ability to manage items on our website but if I have any concerns or ideas, they listen and give me honest advice. It truly feels like they always have our businesses best interest in mind and to me, that's quality service. I also want to say that I appreciate the fact that they check in if they haven't heard from me for a couple weeks just to be sure I'm happy with our website. I can honestly say that I haven't had any negative experiences with Sutherland Weston - and I've worked with a couple people there who work incredibly well together. Highly recommended. read more
