I have a 5 year limited warranty where they will pay for replacement and labor. But it just makes me sad because I don't have to go through this in the first place. That's why I chose to have a composite deck so I don't have to worry . Anyway, I used spice teak DON'T USE IT!

The new deck is showing signs of disintegration after only nine years, which apparently is true for other customers. Unfortunately, after I contacted them with this information they hid behind their "10 year limited warranty" so I'm SOL. I would have been better off replacing my deck with wood. Beware, this company's product is no better than their Customer No Support.
