I also spoke with tax debt relief who basically was hard selling me, had workers call me constantly looking for me to sign with them. I contacted Jerry Rossi discussed the situation and before I could say any more, he said I don't want to take your money, contact the I.R.S and discuss the situation. I contacted the I.R. S and they gave me plenty of time to straighten out the debt. Thank you, Jerry

Recently, I had one year of taxes that were complicated because I had moved out of state. I contacted Mr. Rossi and he again helped me above and beyond what was required. My interactions with Mr. Rossi have been very friendly. He is extremely helpful and treats you as a friend instead of it just being about business. I highly recommend Mr. Rossi.

They tell me to go to other offices, call the IRS myself, etc, 3 months later an no result. Waste of time and my money working with people that do not know what they are doing. Very bad customer service, do not stand behind the warranty, spend your money and hire a professional to do your taxes and steer clear of HR Block!!!!

This review is not directed to the local facility but rather to their software service. Contacting…read morethem is an utter nightmare. There is no facility to send them a simple email. Hold times are atrocious and there is no menu item that fits. I ordered the online software with a disk to be sent later, It has never arrived. Trying to contact them is impossible! This is the last time I will ever be using them. I was on hold for 25 minutes and reached someone who was rude and of no help and was just shunted back into another 25 minute wait. While waiting, apart from having to listen to their repeating messages, most of the time the audio was so low that you could never tell it someone on the other end of the line had actually answered. A totally terrible experience.

This Company is terrible. Our landlord ended up using them for a management company. They are…read moreincompetent. Amira Darwish is Rude and unprofessional. Our fridge broke 3 times. The first time my girlfriend just got out the hospital after giving birth. She had a c-section. 2 weeks out the hospital and Amira orders a new fridge but doesn't have the company move the old fridge. She wanted me and my girlfriend to move it out. Now tenants aren't supposed to move appliances that's for the landlord to do. She was again 2 weeks out the hospital for surgery. The 2nd time our fridge went we were without a fridge for 8 days with a 2 month old baby! Had my girlfriend not called the health department it would have been 2 weeks without a fridge. They didn't want to get a loaner or anything. They wanted us to want for a part to come in and not caring about our 2 MONTH OLD BABY Not being able to keep her bottles and we also have a 2 year old child to. Couldn't keep his food cool either but that didn't matter to them. Our son's room is brutally freezing and on some nights it's 58 degrees. Even though the temperature on the in the house is 74. It's because there is a draft somewhere in the room. We tell them but they aren't telling the landlord. They are making it seem like we are difficult when in reality they don't care about us or our kids. They are in charge of the land and suppose to shelve the driveway and the back of the house leading to the 2 fl apartment. Well because there isn't anyone in the upstairs apartment they didn't do the walkway in the back. When I took out the garbage my son ran out to follow me and he slipped and almost fell and hit the back of his head. Luckily his older brother caught him. Right before he hit his head. They don't want to salt the ground we hand to make a complaint for that. This management company is terrible Albert Vallejos is nothing more than a yes man Manager of this company. We have had many complaints about Amira's antics and nothing is done. Oh and I pay my rent in money order. I wanted receipts and I had to fight with them to get receipts but they are talking about if I pay late I have a $50 fee. Funny thing is they Took over in April of 2024 and I only got ONE receipt from them and that's because I had to fight for it. Although this company says New City NY the people are coming from Orange County. So when we really need something immediately they can't come. I would steer clear of this company they are TERRIBLE!!!
