They have a lot of compassion and empathy. They don't push you to do things you can't do and will work with your pain level. No eye rolling like I experienced at the other place. They show concern and care about improving your movements. They are knowledgeable about the locations of your pain and how to help you eliminate the pain. The location is very clean and sanitary. Equipment is up to date. I highly recommend this facility if you need the care to rehabilitate.

They rent a pool for aquatic exercises. Comparing this place to Kaiser's Pt. This place is a marvel. No problems finding a parking space, no problems getting responses from a receptionist. I should have been allowed to choose where I went for PT instead of being forced to go to Kaiser and being angered by no parking and their services. It is to be noted, that Kaiser has a locking mechanism behind their workman comp area for Pt and physicals. With that being said, I don't think there is a concern for some random angry person here. The Elk Grove Police station is literally right next door. I chose to go here for workman's comp. They understood the dilemma with some shenanigans that the insurance company and Kaiser was trying to get the best buck off an injured workman's comp claim. Best way to describe this place, the insurance company did not want me to go here for some reason, yet they are under their MPN network. Was changed from Capitol PT FCE appointment to the insurance companies FCE doctor. Very concerning tactics used. This was my first place of choice to go to, was recommended and changed due to a doctor's special preference. Never again am I going to blindly go with a doctor's orders. The place the doctor recommended had trash receptionist and rude employees. Questionably unethical but understandable. Everyone eventually knows everyone in rehab and workman's comp. And thus, hands down the work involved. A reminder, that busy; successful places do not need this. My care and documentation were taken care of. They have shades that block the light during PT exercises. I cannot stress enough of the problems other places / people will give you, due to being on a MPN and the receptionist or persons involved have an utter lack of care or regard for you. This is a concerning problem as they document you as volatile, causing problems later. If you have a problem with your insurance adjusters or claims. Check the CA DIR utilization review, and or make a complaint there. I suggest getting a lawyer for workman's comp. They make it easier for staff and everyone involved. A lawyer will most likely add stuff to your complaint and thus getting you your required medical attention and needs. Just vet your lawyer. If you don't like the intake Officer, or they are asking too many questions and are not a lawyer. Find someone else. Be advised, their intake officers and lawyers all usually belong to a network. Keep your information private unless specifically speaking to a lawyer. The facility is behind the Elk Grove Police Department.

My issue with vibrant care has to do with their billing processes and how they treat clients from the accounting department. From the time I started with them last year, 2025, I was told I did not owe any money when I checked out after being seen by the physical therapist. The gentleman behind the counter sent an email to accounting to make sure that was correct and I checked with him on each visit to see if he heard back to make sure that I didn't owe money. He consistently said he had not heard from them and would send another email. Finally. Out of nowhere I received a bill for for approximately $80 in unpaid balances. Again, this was in 2025. I paid the balance and expressed I was not happy with the practices of vibrant carres accounting policy. Today, June 15th 2026, I received a phone call from vibrant care stating that I owed $10 from September of 2025. Of course, my immediate reaction was to ask them" you're just now finding this?" I was immediately placed on hold without so much as a hold. Please from the accounting department.. then left on hold for over 5 minutes and then was disconnected. I return the call immediately only to receive recordings and I left voicemails. $10 is not the issue, the issue is receiving a bill almost a year later and not being heard or provided an explanation as to why I would owe $10. This accounting practice is unacceptable and their customer service, interactions and responses are unacceptable. The accounting department is who gets the one star rating, not the therapists.

Rich also trains clients and is visible...you can actually talk to him, he's open to suggestions. The trainers are independent contractors but are friendly and encouraging, even if you're not their client. Whatever type of workout you're looking for, powerlifting, bodybuilding, cardio, etc. there's a trainer for you.

We requested another one and they had to scramble to find another one. I think they stole it from someone too. My grandma got cuts on her arm and they never informed us. They don't know what "happened." She had a roommate that FELL off the bed and no family was notified either. Roommate had to go back to the hospital. Looks like this place is holding on to the bare minimum.

I have been going to physical therapy at Burger for a while now and looked up their reviews. I…read morenoticed there were no new ones, so here goes. I find it a great place. The people there are wonderful. All of them! From checking in to the people that are helping out. The physical therapists know their stuff. At the end of the workout they put a tens unit and either heat or ice for 15 minutes to help with the inflammation. And being in pain is hard to deal with and they have a caring and understanding attitude which makes it easier. I totally recommend this place. Be sure to ask for Mark! He's the best!
