Parking is easy to find on the side of the business center they're located in. I've found the staff to all be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. Unfortunately I sustained multiple spine injuries that required surgery after a car accident I wasn't at fault for. After having surgery, my pain management specialist recommended I see Dr. Panero for a platelet rich plasma (PRP) procedure. Dr. Panero highly recommended I go to Results for physical therapy afterwards. I made some decent progress that helped me function better, move better, and be in slightly less pain. I never felt my appointments were rushed, their team really cares, and they actually listen to your concerns and questions. They're in no way like the typical cookie cutter physical therapy clinics that treat you like a number. They do push you and you have to do your part and ensure you're doing your exercises at home. If you just do them in the clinic you're wasting their time and more importantly yours. You won't make any true progress without putting in the work and getting the reps in. Unfortunately towards the end of my treatment my daughter was unexpectedly hospitalized and since it was the beginning of the pandemic, I made the difficult decision to continue my program at home and discontinue in person sessions. I had hoped to return a bit sooner, but life threw my family and I a few more curveballs. The facility is very clean and well maintained and my decision was in no way affected by their cleanliness standards or policies or procedures. It was just simply a difficult decision I made due to my baby's lung condition as it was imperative she not get severely sick again. I recently returned for in person sessions and I'm looking forward to making some progress once again. It's nice that you're able to fill out the necessary paperwork ahead of time online. I'm guessing if that's not an option they'll gladly accept hand written paperwork. They offer email and text reminders for your appointments and it's easy to check in for your appointment with their tablet.

You saw me through some pretty great highs (when the initial scope of the right knee gave me the first pain free day's I'd had in decades, and when we were hopeful that the PRP was going to bear fruit, and a bunch of other moments) and some very dark lows, when I was not certain I'd ever be able to travel again, or have anything close to a "typical" active life. You just smiled, tried something else, and kept me moving in the right direction. Your faith was sometimes *all* that I had to keep going. YOU were the one who encouraged me to keep trying things, to not give up, and to contact my new ortho in the first place. You've been there every bit of this! So, here we are. I have two big knee scars and a huge smile on my face because I am GRATEFUL to have my life back. Staff does the run of the mill physical therapy exercises. Ample parking spaces available, staff…read moreare nice and polite. A common courtesy of having someone competent is the feel you get here. They rent a pool for aquatic exercises. Comparing this place to Kaiser's Pt. This place is a marvel. No problems finding a parking space, no problems getting responses from a receptionist. I should have been allowed to choose where I went for PT instead of being forced to go to Kaiser and being angered by no parking and their services. It is to be noted, that Kaiser has a locking mechanism behind their workman comp area for Pt and physicals. With that being said, I don't think there is a concern for some random angry person here. The Elk Grove Police station is literally right next door. I chose to go here for workman's comp. They understood the dilemma with some shenanigans that the insurance company and Kaiser was trying to get the best buck off an injured workman's comp claim. Best way to describe this place, the insurance company did not want me to go here for some reason, yet they are under their MPN network. Was changed from Capitol PT FCE appointment to the insurance companies FCE doctor. Very concerning tactics used. This was my first place of choice to go to, was recommended and changed due to a doctor's special preference. Never again am I going to blindly go with a doctor's orders. The place the doctor recommended had trash receptionist and rude employees. Questionably unethical but understandable. Everyone eventually knows everyone in rehab and workman's comp. And thus, hands down the work involved. A reminder, that busy; successful places do not need this. My care and documentation were taken care of. They have shades that block the light during PT exercises. I cannot stress enough of the problems other places / people will give you, due to being on a MPN and the receptionist or persons involved have an utter lack of care or regard for you. This is a concerning problem as they document you as volatile, causing problems later. If you have a problem with your insurance adjusters or claims. Check the CA DIR utilization review, and or make a complaint there. I suggest getting a lawyer for workman's comp. They make it easier for staff and everyone involved. A lawyer will most likely add stuff to your complaint and thus getting you your required medical attention and needs. Just vet your lawyer. If you don't like the intake Officer, or they are asking too many questions and are not a lawyer. Find someone else. Be advised, their intake officers and lawyers all usually belong to a network. Keep your information private unless specifically speaking to a lawyer. The facility is behind the Elk Grove Police Department.

The bad location was 5 minutes away but a nightmare! I'm so happy my Dr. sent me here. The staff are nice here and the care I'm getting from the PT and PTA are wonderful! They have a lot of compassion and empathy. They don't push you to do things you can't do and will work with your pain level. No eye rolling like I experienced at the other place. They show concern and care about improving your movements. They are knowledgeable about the locations of your pain and how to help you eliminate the pain. The location is very clean and sanitary. Equipment is up to date. I highly recommend this facility if you need the care to rehabilitate.

Parking is easy to find in the large industrial complex they're located in. I initially saw Dr. Karvelas, who was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better advocate and physician. Now I see a physician's assistant, Christina Guzman, who's been every bit as wonderful. She is friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and has a wonderful bedside manner. They do a wonderful job trying to help you in the best way they can medically. They perform a number of potential pain relieving procedures both in office as well as the Fort Sutter Surgery Center. I've been very pleased with the care I've received here. They accept a number of various insurance policies and are linked to Sutter Health's My Health Online app. Appointments can be made easily in person or over the phone. You can also text them if you're unable to reach them over the phone.
