Medical Records, so useless system. Many prompts and if you see patients have a human do this and not have endless questions. You need to select the location when there are more than 24 of them. Totally nerve racking. BAD system. Talked with 3 agents and they didn't know how can I retrieve my medical records; but also imaging has to be requested at each office AND write the name of the provider; Med records office close at 5PM so you can't speak after that I have tried this system for one hr. At the end they asked to Upload your ID, so WHY you have a robot system when you see humans? Hire more people to do this read more

I am 84 and the Wife is 82. I have had GREAT medical care with several Emergency visits and Hospitalizations for Heart issues. The Wife had Cancer intervention treatment 2 years ago along with Hospitalizations and currently has more Cancer interventions. Fantastic treatment with EVERYONE in EVERY department we deal with. I have had nothing but one horrible experience after another with Sutter. When I moved to Sacramento a few years ago, this was where I ended up as my spouse got us set up here before we moved from Washington. At first I didn't notice any problems and the doctor I was seeing was great. Sadly, I only got to see that doctor twice before I got "assigned" to another doctor. It has been one disappointment after another ever since. I asked if I could get some tests done and got push back from the doctor and treated like my concerns didn't matter. I had some issues come up with my back and experienced nerve pain for the first time in my life. The doctor was going to make me wait for 4 months to be seen by a specialist. When I let the doctor know about how long the wait to see a specialist was, and I asked if I could be referred somewhere else the doctor got super offended and said that was all that could be done. I ended up having to find a specialist myself, and they had to find a work around for a referral. The part that really upset me... THEY ARE ALSO PART OF SUTTER!!! And I was seen within a couple weeks. Another issue... I needed to have surgery and I was going to need to take time off work for it. I spoke to the surgery coordinator and she let me know what to expect, but never mentioned that I would need some specific tests done before the procedure. As I knew I was taking time off of work, I had booked my work schedule pretty solid the couple weeks before the surgery. I got informed that I needed these tests and had to to scramble around to find a doctor to perform those tests and ended up canceling several of my work obligations in order to get into a doctor THAT I HAD TO FIND MYSELF to perform those tests. Then I find out that yet another doctor I have been seeing in there is no longer working for Sutter and I didn't have a doctor to see for my scheduled appointment... no call to let me know they were no longer working for Sutter health, and obviously I didn't get the refills on my maintenance medications. They once again "assigned" me to another doctor and I can make it in to see them in 2 months. And this new doctor didn't want to get me medications to hold me over until my appointment... and it is a maintenance medication. So, I'm now on my 4th doctor with Sutter Health, and I have finally looked at my health records. This was shocking to look at. I have health conditions I never knew about. I have apparently complained of symptoms that I don't ever remember having. My COVID test said that I had symptoms I never had. I really believe they don't care about my health at this point, and it seems they only care about how much money they can get out of mine and my insurance company's pockets. Seems with the turnover of the doctors this issue is Sutter Health and not the doctors. read more

I'm new to the area having moved here from the bay area less than a year ago. All my doctors were at Sutter and always wonderful. I fell in February and fractured my back and couldn't get an MRI for three weeks and have an appointment to see a neurosurgeon the end of August!!!!!I I called patient advocacy and they're telling me that the doctors are so overloaded here that's the best they can do. I Had a UTI six weeks ago couldn't get an appointment with the urologist so went to urgent care. Very nice there and she prescribed me antibiotics. I complained to her about the Difficulty getting appointments and she told me that if she sees 20 patients a day 15 of them are telling her what I am about not getting good care. This is just crazy making. read more

Happy with the service so far. Family Medicine - They have gotten me in for my appointments on time and scheduled what I have asked for. Staff has been very friendly. Lab - In and out. There was a fair amount of people when I went in for some lab work but they had it moving right along. The nurse who took the blood was very good. One try = nice and easy. The facility is very nice. Good parking and lots of easily readable signs to help you find your way around. read more

The lab at this location is the best I've ever been to in the Sutter group. They are professional, efficient and personable. Recently, I've had two blood draws there and was in and out quickly each time. I'm a little freaked out by needles and their demeanor always puts me at ease. read more

Horrible customer service. Changed primary care doc 4 times since I joined in July because I need appts after 3:30 pm and was told (for the last 3 docs) that they see patients 3:30 or later, but they didn't. Waited 3 months to see my primary care doc and had to schedule today, MLK Holiday, to be seen only to have her office call and cancel this morning. Can't wait to be done with Sutter!!! read more

I needed my bloodwork completed prior to my surgery next week. I am scared to death of needles and have a horrible panic attack and get sick prior to blood draws, iv's etc. the last time I came to this location a gentleman (cannot remember his first name) did an amazing job and kept talking about everything and to keep my mind of the poke and bloodwork. I drove from Lincoln to this location today - Sutter Medical Plaza Roseville Lab at 3100 Douglas Blvd, Suite 103. Hoping to get the same gentleman. He checked me in; however, their were two patients before me. Another phlebotomist came out and grabbed one of the other patients and that's when the panic began. I was worried I wouldn't get the same phlebotomist as last time. I was right, I did not! However, I did get the best phlebotomist I feel that works for Sutter Medical - Sierra. She is amazing!!! I cannot thank her enough for being the best!!! read more

Both my kids go here and it's been great, they have been to Dr KwiBum Chang and Nurse Practitioner Patricia Gurney and both of them are awesome. So kind and caring and so helpful. My kids love them. Also, the nurses who do the Immunizations are sweet as well. So far the staff at check in has been great and I haven't had anyone rude yet.. We were referred here by Dr. Patricia Tansey. She was my 10 year olds doctor since he's been born. We moved to Granite Bay well over year ago though, so it was time to get a pediatrician closer to home. We were referred to Dr. Karanbir S Gill. We are very happy with him. He was understanding, patient and very helpful. . My son liked him instantly! Hes not one of those doctors who acts like he's in a race against time. No,he takes his time and asks questions and answers all yours. He's awesome and I'm so relieved my baby has a doctor. Thank you, Dr. Gill. read more

The problem isn't the medical professionals it is the admin/front desk! They are rude and unprofessional. I have had two different bad experiences. The first was the worst they would not schedule my daughter an appointment because I didn't remember our zip code from a house we lived in four years prior! We had moved out of state and then moved back. I was on hold for over 20 min. I had 90% of me and my child's info and still was unable to get an appointment! I ended up taking her to a different Sutter in Sacramento had no problem getting in there. read more

Doctors fabulous! However everything else is horrific. Their front office people are rude. The hold times are ridiculous. Getting a well or sick visit with your actual pediatrician is damn near impossible unless you book. 10 weeks in advance. Don't be late because they will not squeeze you in . We were 22 minutes late. And they would not see us . read more

This place is absolutely terrible & unprofessional. It takes them 2 weeks to get ur child's medical records to the daycare. And not because they faxed it like they said they would. Horrible Customer Service! I have been with this medical group for several years. I have been displeased for years, but realized there wasn't much I could do about it. We all need doctors for one thing or another. I have been trying to resolve an issue with Sutter since January. I was hoping after the 15th person I spoke to...it would get handled. However, today is March 31, 2015, and it still isn't resolved. In November, I had blood drawn for a routine check up. I went to Quest Diagnostics for the lab. In December, the doctor wanted a follow up lab, so I went to the Sutter Lab because I was right there. Needless to say it was the same exact test. My copay bill for Quest was very inexpensive. However, the Sutter Lab copay bill was 7 1/2 times as much! As previously mentioned, I have spoken to 15 people. Beginning of March....The 13th person told me, they would submit it for review and to call back in a few days. I called back a few days later and the 14th person told me it is still under review. He told me that I didn't need to call back, they would contact with the outcome of the review. Never heard back, so I called today. After going through everything again with another employee, she finally revealed to me the amount was correct per her notes! I am going to pay the bill, but in the future I will only go to Quest Diagnostics because it is significantly cheaper. read more

This place is very clean for kids covered in boogers. It is very large with a television in the waiting room for the pediatrician so so if you're stuck waiting you're not bored if you forgot your phone. There are multiple settings places and is accompanied with very mannered staff who want to get you in and out in a very easy manner. They are very helpful and love the cooperation with difficult situations. read more

With the flu season in full swing, I called to talk to the advice nurse and possibly make an appointment for my 17 yo daughter who is sick. Amelia T. Answered my call. I explained my anxiousness about this horrible flu that has claimed many people. Amelia was so passionate, professional and thorough. She asked questions about my daughter's symptoms and checked all the doctors and PA's schedule. With the flu season here there were no openings. Amelia then gave me other options, urgent care while also putting me on a cancellation list. While I wasn't able to get an appointment, she was able to give alternatives to my daughter getting care. When a child is sick no matter what age they are, a parent will worry. How a person is greeted and their concern(s) addressed, makes a very stressful situation so much better. Sutter has made an excellent choice in hiring Amelia T and having her be the first contact in a situation involving a sick child. read more

This facility does not respect the ADA laws. If you have a handicap, you may be turned away. It is shameful behavior.

Stay away from Dr Peroutka. She is the worst Dr and needs to quit her job. She is not someone who cares about your well being. She doesn't listen, doesn't ask you questions, instead gives you rude remarks and tells you to find another Dr. Stay away from her. read more
