If they haven't answered the phone directly, the response has come back in a couple of hours. For quotes they have been slightly below others in the vicinity. I found the info that he had on what storage units he had and how much it was. I went to I-5 mini storage to pay the next months rent. I informed them of my husband passing. The voiced their sorrow on how they enjoyed meeting my husband. Then they told me that they were not charging me for the next months rent. They did not have to do this. It was so gracious and heartfelt. Recommend this place for the great storage units and the great personal.
