We thoroughly researched and toured several schools before enrolling her at THMS in April 2023. Mr. Amir, the former owner, was a great leader. Ms. Shireen, the current head of school, is equally wonderful. Despite facing challenges like every organization, the school has experienced positive transformations. Ms. Shireen, Ms. Uzma, and the incredible teachers have prepared our children for kindergarten. There's been an increase in open communication, and more visibility into the curriculum. The school offers fun activities during school hours and some after, and they always include parents and families whenever possible. Our daughter has cherished every teacher, including her afternoon teachers during the extended day program. We haven't experienced any harsh treatment, thankfully. While it's understandable that we might pick her up sweaty from the playground due to Georgia's hot weather, I don't expect teachers to keep all the kids' shirts tucked in or wipe their faces constantly. If that's the case, I'd provide face wipes and leave a note for the afternoon teachers. We've also never picked her up wet because they always help change her if she has an accident, even if she spills water on her shirt! We provide change of clothes and they bag up the wet clothes for us. I deeply respect Ms. Shireen's challenging job. She remains positive and I always see her at school with a smile on her face. Montessori philosophy doesn't sugarcoat developmental truths, and Ms. Shireen and the teachers must tell parents where their kids truly are. They spend upwards of 40 hours per week with them, unlike many of us. I appreciate their hard work and am excited to see what our daughter learns in the next two years.

I would not recommend Tomorrow's Hope Montessori School in Suwanee. My experience there as a parent…read morehas been extremely disappointing and concerning. The way the staff treats the children is far from nurturing or aligned with the Montessori philosophy. During my daughter's time there, we noticed multiple red flags. She would often come home with her clothes soaked or improperly dressed after using the bathroom -- shirts not tucked in, pants half pulled up -- showing clear signs of carelessness. Her face was frequently red when we picked her up. At first, we assumed it was from face paint or playing, but after reviewing camera footage, we realized it was actually from how harshly the teachers were wiping her face. This is completely unacceptable. The food handling practices are also alarming. I personally witnessed a teacher carry five chicken nuggets from the kitchen to the classroom in her hands, even though she was wearing gloves -- no plate, no tray. When serving the food, it was literally tossed onto the children's plates with no care or kindness. Most upsetting of all is the teachers' overall tone and treatment of the kids. The environment is cold and impatient. I witnessed one incident where a child was crying loudly during mealtime, and the teacher yelled at him, grabbed him, and forced him to sit on the floor simply because he was playing with his chair. That is not how any child should be treated, especially not in a school that claims to follow Montessori values. Considering how expensive this school is, the lack of care and compassion is unacceptable. We were willing to sacrifice our hard-earned money for what we believed would be a safe, nurturing, Montessori-style environment. Sadly, what we experienced was the complete opposite. When I brought all of this to the attention of the school director, Shireen Ali, and we reviewed the camera footage, she showed zero empathy or concern, even though everything I described was clearly visible on the footage. Her only solution was to transfer my daughter to a different classroom -- nothing more. That's not acceptable. These teachers do not seem properly trained, and honestly, it doesn't appear that anyone on staff is actively monitoring those cameras unless a parent specifically asks. We ultimately withdrew our daughter because we no longer felt safe leaving her in that environment. I'm sharing this so other parents can make an informed decision -- what looks good on the surface at this school can be very different from what actually happens behind the classroom doors.

Two of our kids attended GA Pre-K at AAIMS, and we're pleased with the quality Montessori education…read morethey received. Our kids had previously gone to a Korean daycare and we speak mostly Korean at home for retention, so our kids spoke very little English in the beginning of the school year. Director Ms. Nargis advised us not to worry, as kids can pick up English quickly -- indeed, she was right! By the end of the school year, both kids had learned to speak English decently well, could read simple books, and write simple sentences. My first child went on to Kindergarten and tested out of ESOL. We liked that students work on fundamentals like reading, writing, and math at a desk, but they also have independent play time to choose a hands-on activity around the classroom. They also clean up after themselves. AAIMS has a big outdoor playground for recess and they have weekly Playball time. AAIMS also offers ballet, karate, tennis, table tennis, and Spanish lessons for those who want to sign up, at a reasonable extra cost. AAIMS holds events to highlight the various cultural backgrounds of the students, which we really appreciated. Overall we're very thankful for the intellectual and emotional growth we've seen in our kids!

Reviews in Google are turned off. --…read moreAAIMS provides a safe environment with enriching extracurricular opportunities, BUT management concerns overshadow the experience. The director is diligent about compliance yet struggles with transparency, communication, and responsiveness to parent concerns. With a shift toward more openness, professionalism, and support for both staff and families, the school could live up to its strong state rating. At present, my experience leaves me unable to recommend it without reservations. Communication is filtered solely through the director. Although this may be intended to protect staff, it limits transparency as it seems like the director & owner, Nargis/Mini, wants to control the narrative. I commuted over 45 minutes each way because I believed AAIMS would be the right fit for my child. Unfortunately, my interactions with the director felt dismissive. She often seemed overwhelmed and reactive rather than calm and organized. While an email policy for communication exists, this policy was selective who it applied to. A WhatsApp chat was created by Nargis specifically to update pre-K parents about the lead pre-K teacher (Maria) abruptly leaving in the middle of a teaching day. After the lead pre-K teacher walked out, the director quickly began implementing changes to the pre-K program, including adding a Spanish class that was billed as an additional cost to tuition--with only three days remaining before the next month's payment was due. This timing felt concerning and confusing, as it appeared the changes were being made because Maria reportedly did not want the Spanish teacher in her classroom. It was unclear whether the director intended these changes while Maria was expected to return within a week, or if she assumed Maria's absence was permanent. The situation raised questions about decision-making, transparency, and whether these adjustments were being implemented in the students' best interest or for other reasons. On one occasion, after receiving parent questions and concerns, Nargis dismissed herself from the group and deleted prior messages--raising valid concerns about open correspondence, accountability, and her willingness to engage with parent concerns. Minor issues have sometimes been handled in a way that feels overly public and punitive. For example, I emailed Nargis regarding a mix-up with my child artwork, noting that another child's work had been included and that I would return it the next day so it could go to the correct family. She responded defensively, blaming another staff member for the mix-up rather than addressing the situation logically. I confirmed I would return the artwork. However, the director then forwarded my email to all parents, framing the situation as a problem caused by me rather than a simple mistake. This incident reflects a recurring pattern in her approach--minor issues are often blown out of proportion, handled publicly, and rarely resolved with a practical solution, giving the impression that parents raising concerns may be framed as the problem. Additionally, when we officially decided to unenroll my child, she left his belonging on the floor for us to collect it without having to interact with us as to dismiss us. Nargis claims it's because she was cleaning but clearly my pictures/timestamp show others belongings not on the floor. She made sure to remove those things and clean when I addressed this issue to further gaslight me. I have since found another facility & confidant to say this place is a toxic mess. You & your children don't belong anywhere you are not important & respected. Areas of improvement: Communication & Professionalism: School-wide messages often lack professionalism, can feel defensive, and minor parent concerns are sometimes shared publicly to frame you as the problematic parent for having concerns. A more professional communication system for updates (e.g., ClassDojo (free)) would benefit both staff and families. Transparency: Abrupt changes (such as program additions and tuition adjustments) are implemented with little notice or discussion, making the school feel less collaborative and more transactional. Director's Attitude and Behavior: The director's approach to communication and handling concerns can come across as defensive and controlling. In a role that requires regular interaction with parents, this behavior can negatively affect trust, collaboration, and the overall school community. More professionalism and openness would benefit both families and the school's reputation.

I did a lot of research because our area is filled with daycares. I visited each one and toured each facilities. Kids R Kids was the most professional and clean. The staff members were all warm and welcoming. Ms. Tammie gave me the tour on my first visit and answered all my questions. I immediately knew I could trust Kids R Kids Suwanee with my child. They offer secure web cam view of my baby's classroom, so I can see him throughout the day on my phone. It gives me great peace of mind to do so. Whenever there was anything I am concern with, I can always discuss it with Ms. Tori. She has been very generous in accomodating my requests and concerns. My son's first teacher was Ms. Rebecca, who is no longer with the center. From then on, he moved up to Crawlers, then Walkers, then Talkers. Each teacher took extremely well care of my baby. I can see him improve significantly on social and learning skills. I love that he is also learning baby sign language, something I had wanted to teach him. His current teachers, Ms. Rebecca and Ms. Alexis take wonderful care of my son. Ms. Rebecca is very attentive to the needs of each child. Other teachers from the center also help watch after my son from time to time. For instant, Ms. Rhonda had watched Ethan and also fed him breakfast whenever I had to drop him off very early in the morning. Ms. Jennifer would change his diaper before his teacher arrives. Overall, I would recommend Kids R Kids to Suwanee to everyone, because I know having trust is very important when it comes to your childcare. My son went to Kids R Kids for a little over two years -- from the time he was a baby until he was 3 1/2. At first, everything seemed great. His teachers adored him, he loved going, and he had a little group of friends he grew up with as he moved from room to room. But things changed when he moved into his last classroom. Around this time, he was going through a lot -- a new teacher, a much larger class, starting potty training, and having to watch most of his close friends move on to another room right outside his own. It was a lot for a little boy to handle all at once. Instead of being given understanding and support, his struggles were treated like major behavior problems. We started getting constant phone calls about his "bad" behavior -- things like hitting or throwing chairs -- but when I spoke to his teacher, her version sounded much more like typical toddler behavior. Still, the administration's tone made me feel like I was failing as a mom and that my son was somehow broken. The final straw came when, after one especially hard day, they slid a brochure across the counter for an early intervention program for "special needs." I left in tears, feeling completely defeated. Out of desperation, I had a child psychologist observe him -- and she told us there was nothing wrong with our son. She even said it was wrong for the school to suggest such a program without us initiating it. It broke my heart to realize that instead of helping him through a tough transition, the administration had given up on him. We eventually withdrew him, and I'm so glad we did -- he's thriving now. I truly believe many of his teachers cared and did their best, but the administration completely failed us. They lacked the training, empathy, and communication needed to support my child when he needed it most. Our son deserved better. Every child does.

I was charged 3 times by an accident !!!the day care asked me if I wanted to let them keep the payment and they can just apply it to my daughters account, I denied and requested my funds back. just a side note this was the week after Christmas and the week rent was due. I drop my daughter off that Monday and when I picked my daughter up at 6:00pm I asked them if I could pay them on Wednesday when I get paid due To my money getting mishandled and getting charged 3 times. i also went on to add that I was a single parent doing this on my own so a hiccup on charging me 3 times by a accident is a huge deal! After talking with ms Shakira she informed me that it would be fine for me to send payment on Wednesday morning and I can continue to bring my daughter so I can work. I get a call from the same teacher on Tuesday morning at 7:00am stating that I can't bring my daughter in until they receive payment ! This was horrible for many reasons 1) I got informed of this at 7:00am I work at 8:30 this daycare opens at 6:00am I talked with ms Shakira at 6:00pm that previous day, if I couldn't bring my daughter in she should of let me know when I had that conversation with her.instead she gave me reassurance that it was okay for me to pay on Wednesday. the way this was handled was completely unethical and caused me to miss a day of work. if i was informed of this the night before when i had the conversation it would of been totally fine I understand it's a business and it needs to operate in a way that works for them. She explained that they have dealt with this type of situation before she asked that I send his IEP which I promptly sent within a couple business days. They then contacted me for a tour two days later . After taking time off to tour the facility and speaking with them several times. I received an email from Brittany stating that may not be able to accommodate my son. I called the next business day and Brittany basically stated that they could not accommodate my son after the director reviewed the IEP in detail. Honestly, it felt like they were passing bias on my child .I called and complained to the Director ( Ms. Chaz) about my experience as they could have told me this prior to wasting my time doing a tour (as they'd been sent the IEP prior) and stringing me along for nearly two weeks. It also put me in a position where I had to scramble to find alternative childcare. Ms. Chaz did state that they would be able to offer a 30 day trial and that I should have been offered this ( I was not offered this by Brittany ) . However, at that point, the experience turned me completely off and I decided not to place my child there . I am writing this review because people need to know about my experience and the stress it caused. I also hope that they will learn from this situation and treat future perspective parents better in the future as well as be more respectful to parents time .
