I am extremely disappointed with Central Title. My family's property was sold out of probate…read morewithout proper legal permission, creating a broken chain of title that affects everyone involved. When I reached out to the office to report my inheritance rights, no one returned my calls or responded to my emails. Title companies are supposed to review probate and guardianship records carefully to protect both heirs and buyers, but that did not happen here. Instead of taking responsibility or helping me file my rightful claim, I've been ignored. This is unacceptable, especially when proof exists in the Gregg County records under Robert J. "Bob" Little, Jo Ann Little, and Kelli Little. A title company's job is to ensure a clean title -- not to conceal defects or dismiss heirs. Until this is corrected, the property cannot truly be considered insurable, and future buyers may face serious problems. If you are considering using Central Title, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Dont believe me search the records in Gregg County yourself for Robert J. Bob Little and see for yourself

After living in Phoenix for 10 years, I recently moved back to Longview. I grew up in Longview so…read moreI'm familiar with Oak Hollow apartments. My brother lived here many years ago and I have several friends that have lived here. However, I've never been interested in living here because I always thought the apartments were ugly. On my brother's suggestion, I checked them out anyway. I was pleasantly surprised! They've remodeled most of the units and they're absolutely adorable! Some units (only downstairs) have all wood flooring. Some have granite countertops and cherry cabinetry. I'm very impressed with how quiet the community is. I haven't lived in an apartment in over 10 years and I've never lived downstairs so I wasn't sure what to expect when I was given a downstairs unit. I can hear creaking in the floor upstairs. The neighbor directly above me moved, I believe but I do hear the tenant in the unit next to that one. I even heard her vacuuming yesterday! I didn't know what the noise was at first until I realized it was a vacuum cleaner!! As for my direct next door neighbors, they're amazing. I've met a few and they're so kind. I never hear them. I'm very happy with Cherie and Debbie, in the office. Maintenance has been very prompt and kind, as well. I've only been here a few weeks, but so far, I'm very happy. I miss my house in Arizona but living here has been a pleasant experience for apartment living. They do not offer amenities like many apartment communities offer. There is no gym, no WiFi in the community space in the office, no trash pick up, no covered parking, no dog park, no ceiling fans in the bedrooms or living rooms, no overhead lighting in those areas and no built in microwave. The grounds are nicely maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment community.

RUN! You will be paying for their bugs long after you leave the property, most likely due to mold,…read moreleaking pipes or ceiling. They will take your money, demand more to fix their property. I've seen them straight rob my neighbor out of $4,500 to fix their roof that was already caving in. They threatened her with an eviction if she didn't pay. She had paid a year in advance. They did everything they could to keep that money, make her pay for roof repairs from their discussing rentals and kept ALL of her money. If you dare to dance with these greedy devils be prepared for bugs, mold, theft, threats of eviction for repair. Best do mark EVERYTHING on the walk through list (if they even do it). Tale your move in pictures and move out pictures to CYA. I had to fight them because they bought a property I was in. Luckily, my lease was coming up and I got as far away from them as possible. Years later when I went to purchase my home, I found out they had over $3,000. on my credit saying I owed it for damages. The place was cleaner/nicer than it was when I moved in and bug free for the first time in decades. I had it rent ready as I have done with each property I've ever rented. I won my case as they couldn't bully me. I had proof with my move in and move out pictures. YOU MUST HAVE VISUAL EVIDENCE for court because they have "buddies" on the bench they drink and play golf with. like The Page "men". Sad, sad & disgusting greedy "christian" crooks. We are leaving a negative review because of the fact that one of the realtors Diane Shelton had…read moreinitiated a contract on one of her listings under the guise of being both our realtor and the sellers realtor as we had a buyers agent agreement with her. She acted on our behalf getting estimates, lining up inspections, meeting with them and drafting amendments without one time disclosing to us that she was not our realtor and we were representing ourselves. We would have never gone into contract like that as we were purchasing sight unseen which she knew and the day before our option period was up and asking her to write up a repair amendment with a price reduction amendment to which she stated that she's a rule follower (the irony) she refused and said we'd need to find a realtor to represent ourselves which caught us completely off guard having put money in on inspections that she lined up as a buyer agent and got bids for us as well. We also found out the day we terminated the contract that she had disclosed bids that were not part of the repairs being negotiated to the sellers. My husband and I are not realtors and had we known that we were representing ourselves we would have never gone into contract without finding a realtor to represent us. Not to mention that after speaking with the electrician he stated he provided a bid and also indicated the home was not safe due to risk of being electrocuted and she only provided me with the text. So she was withholding information from us that she was collecting on our behalf. On top of finding out that the amounts she gave us for inspections was not accurate and outside of our budget. We are going to be seeking compensation for being defrauded because again we are out now costs that we would not have paid if she had disclosed to us that we were representing ourselves which is kind of hard to do not being from the area and when confronted with this information she said she was just trying to help us out. Funny how. People she contacted for us knew her as our realtor as well. The thing that she refused to let the sellers know was the repairs that would affect the homes ability to be financed or even rented out. Which she said to me the day prior to informing us that we were representing ourselves that if the sellers didn't get the deal done they would just rent it out. To which I informed her having legal background that if she advised them to rent the home out without doing the repairs and the tenants find out as she contacted the inspector herself for the inspection and she is very aware of the major repairs needing to be done that she could be held liable if anything happens. We are not angry that the house deal fell through she had told us they didn't have the funds to do major repairs We had asked to speak with her broker before we even terminated the contract right after finding out that she never disclosed to us that we were representing ourselves. We are angry that she deceived us into believing she was representing us and didn't disclose to us people who don't have a clue about Texas real estate we're representing ourselves and got us into a position setting us up for failure playing both sides for both seller and buyer commission. So anyone in the Henderson area purchasing or looking to rent a home under Diane be cautious of the home because she is very well aware that the home is not safe, lendable or rentable as is and the sellers do not have the funds to do the repairs. The last month honestly was a waste of our time, money and caused us unnecessary stress. We did speak with her Broker and he didn't offer much accept for a chip on his shoulder and appreciating our frustration and wishing us the best of luck. We are going to be going back to the state since their suggestion didn't seem to do anything and making this formal.
