I thought I found a nice and good one that promotes healthy hair. Unfortunately that was not true when I arrived there. She seems to be pleasant and respectful but when we to the back to do my hair. There was no good hair products only some cheap products called biotin and collagen shampoo and conditioner. No hair dryer for me to sit under after she colored my roots. She didn't put a plastic cap on my head? I started questioning her about the hair products and she kept saying she specializes in natural hair? So most products have chemicals in it? I kept telling her many hairstylists uses the good line of hair products for their clients. Then I asked about the peppermint shampoo that stops the scalp from itching. Again I was going back and forth with this young lady. Before I found out that she is not a good hairstylist she had already put my color on my roots. So I end up staying until she finishes my hair. I was not going to keep arguing with her. I should have walked out the door! I had used my itch dandruff shampoo and leave in conditioner because my hair would have been in trouble at that point! She says she travel to people houses doing their hair and they are not worried about what cheap products she is putting in their hair? I know I would be very worried After she finished my hair was styled okay it was not pretty at all. Her blow dryer and flat iron is very cheap. She said she will send a good line of hair products to me so I can see them. I never seen them after I got my hair done by her. And I'm still waiting and I don't think she will get good products for her clients but will over charge them 50 dollars for bad services. When I left the building her uncle and friends got angry with me and rarely said goodbye to me! I must have got mad at me because I was asking her questions about her products but as a customer I felt I had that right I have to walk around with my hair looking bad. I really didn't care at that point because I want to keep my hair healthy and strong and plus I'm paying the hairstylist to treat my hair correctly with the right type of products. She kept talking about she uses those cheap products on her other clients hair? But my hair is different is what I told her? Natural hair can take good products so many hairstylists uses them. Those cheap products can ruin your hair and does not have a smell to them. I will never make another appointment with this awful bad hairstylist ever again!!!! I rather do my own hair!

There were 4 bra strap length faux locs in the back. I asked her to fix the chin length faux locs. She stated it is her style to layer them, she would not fix them and returned $30 of the $250. Im too ashamed to post how my hair looked. It was nothing like the fullness and length of the picture. If your going to spend that kind of money your hair should be perfect. Prior to visiting Brow N' Brow, I would often have some acne appear around my brow and forehead a day or two after having my eyebrows waxed or threaded, but I have yet to experience this at Brow N' Brow and I think that is due to their hygiene practice of using hand sanitizer with each customer before threading. It's definitely appreciated. The eyebrow waxing is affordable at less than $15 a session and they have discount packages if you pay ahead for several visits at one time (no expiration date).

I can see she got the messages but isn't responding. I leave at about 3:30pm and sent her a message to just refund me my deposit. She messages me the next day stating I didn't show up . WHAT??? I showed up she was not there and now she has stolen my money and scammed me. Do not go here they have scammers at this salon.
