They don't provide any real report about your dog's wellbeing just generic words, "she's doing great," which was clearly unbelievably false. The kennels are worse than shelters. The condition of this place merits a free stay, not the absurd fee they charge. It's overpacked with dogs, nonstop barking, and clear signs of stress everywhere. Their so-called "privacy suite" is a flat-out lie. They do NOT follow your dog's needs. They claim each kennel has an outdoor run, They have to manually open it, so their statement that dogs can go out anytime is completely false. I told them my dog is a rescue with a history of neglect and abandonment, and I trusted them to keep her safe and supported. Instead, I picked her up in distress , injured, bleeding, and with her voice completely gone from what must have been nonstop barking and crying. EVEN THOUGH I PROVIDED THEM WITH HER SEDATIVES. She had made so much progress, and this experience set her back in every way. Blood was all over my car and the dog wash station from her injuries. It's heartbreaking and infuriating. The shelter she came from took better care of her than this place. I can't understand how businesses like this are allowed to keep operating. How do they sleep at night. Shame on you. PS: I suggest you concern yourself less with reviews and more with the wellbeing of the dogs under your care. At the very least, stop hiring low quality staff.

I didn't have a friend/family network in the area to help with my animals when I went out of town AND my dog Cooper was fear aggressive so it made it just that much more nerve wracking to leave him with someone. After two failed attempts at a dog sitter via a app based service (2 no shows for meet and greets!) I no longer had confidence in trusting a stranger found by an app to come into my home and car for my pets. I searched for kennels and found High Tails - LIFE CHANGING! From the first phone call to the last visit every experience was outstanding. Cooper loved it so much that when i would pick him up he would not want to get in the car. He was a different dog after his time at High Tails. It was a confidence booster for him and a relief for me. He became much less fearful even outside his stays. Saul, the cat was a little more subtle in his excitement - but he seems happy and content every time I picked him up after a stay. I believe we had about 4 stays at High Tails. One at Christmas time that I booked with less than 2 weeks notice and they were able to accommodate at the last minute. We moved back to St. Louis, Missouri about two weeks after their last stay at High Tails and I can say I was genuinely sad to no longer have the option to bring my pets to this amazing facility! Don't hesitate! If you are looking for a exceptional kennel to board your pets, this is the place!

I came upon the Heavenly House Sitting & Pet Care Website and really liked what I read about Tanis and her facility. I wasn't disappointed! My female Morkie received amazing care and socialization! Tanis took that extra step by sending me photos and videos to show how well my pooch was doing while I was away. It brought such a sense of relief and peace knowing she was getting such amazing care! I had to extend my time and Tanis was VERY understanding and accommodating! I will definitely bring my girl back to Heavenly House Sitting & Pet Care. I give this place a 5/5 rating. She knows animals don't get sick by appointment and is always there for the animals. Our last rescue was seen by 4 incompetent vet clinics here in Calgary with us being told they were the best. When they diagnosed our cat wrong each and everytime because not one of then did tests on him we were told to try Dr. Rowe at that point we had nothing to lose and we're going to Take him to Vancouver. Well she was AMAZING!, She ran tests and fixed the problem. It's hard to write this review because we don't like to share and once pet parents go to her they won't go anywhere else guaranteed. And for the record she has the MOST AMAZING STAFF and I mean all of them. BEST VET EVER

They put all my worries at ease. I also use this vet to get my dogs nails clipped, he has a lot of attitude but they are always friendly towards him and treat him with respect. They have also been helping me introduce him to other dogs while I'm there, to make my dog less nervous. Staff are extremely helpful and that's why i keep going back.

Then I found this place on pure accident. Love bringing my puppy for grooming here! Have been for 7 years now. The staff are very friendly and take very good care of my fur baby. There is now Covid protocols in place. - you show up 5 minutes before appointment give them a call and the staff will come out to your car and take Your fur baby for grooming. Take all the information for grooming. They are very good at estimating how long it will take for the grooming to be completed, they will also give you a call when to pick up your newly groomed family member. They take cash and e-transfer. There is a restriction to only have one customer in at a time for pickup or drop off. I will be coming back for many years to come.
