While we waited we watched and interacted with Brooke and the other beautiful, well trained dogs who were in the process of bathing and hair cuts. It seemed like less than 5 minutes and Brooke was returned to us. I picked her up to inspect her nails. I was amazed and pleased when I saw her nails were trimmed back as they needed to be, without the slightest fussing. We are overjoyed to have found someone so superbly talented and inexpensive. I couldn't believe it when she asked for $ 10.50! I didn't ask if she charges more for big dog nail trims, just paid and left, promising to return. Anytime I take a shower I'd find him in the bathtub with me thinking OK Maria what have you done to my boy?! LoL there are a lot of groomers out there that I can't speak of how to deal with behavioural cats that Maria does and that's why I like bringing my two boys to her. My younger boy is a champ and just enjoys whatever she does best for him. The owner, May, came highly recommended to me by a friend. It was our puppy's first time at a…read moregroomer's, and May ensured his visit was a positive one. She kept him for three hours to ease him into the routine. I'm not sure why, but my dog's hair prior to visiting May was matted. His fur starting growing massively, and it out of control. As a result, May has to cut off his beard, around his ears, and a couple of other problem areas where it was matted. We bought a new brush from May (good price too), to prevent this from happening again. Our puppy was washed, teddy bear cut, nails trimmed, ears cleaned, bum tided up, and with tip and tax, it came up to about $70. Since our dog was a puppy, May gave us a discount, which was much appreciated. I think for more basic services (no fancy haircut), the price is cheaper.

He's never been more excited to see his groomer and always comes out looking like a champ. They don't have a mass drop off time which is nice you bring them in and after a couple hours he's ready. He gets that one-on-one attention that I think he deserves and they do an amazing job of caring for him and making sure that he looks and feels amazing. Always excited to go and always just the best environment when you go there. Definitely a thumbs up thank you guys for taking care of him. You definitely are going above and beyond and it's nice to see people that care about him as much as we do.

He was slow to eat for a couple days and we were unsure what was going on and she spotted it for us and we booked a vet appointment immediately. We, specifically, requested the dogs have their nails both trimmed and dremeled. The nails were not dremeled, nor were they groomed well. We noticed within a day that our daily brushing was still removing hand fulls of hair. Clearly an indication that the dogs were not thoroughly groomed. We dropped the dogs off at their 1:00pm scheduled appointment and were told that they would call us around 4:00. As we didn't receive a call we called and were told the dogs would be ready at 4:30. When we arrived we were told 10 more minutes. By no means did we rush them and we, patiently, waited in our vehicles for 15 minute to lessen the chaos inside. We are, extremely, disappointed with the service and the response we received. A, total, lack of accountability on the business.

They expressed to me that their first consideration was the welfare of my dog and that meant a lot.
