Unbelievably, he was at our home in less than 30 minutes. He and his partner set to work and extracted much of the salt water, and then took our carpets to their shop where they finished cleaning, drying, and storing them until we were able to secure warehouse space. Incredibly, they look fantastic. Josh has cleaned our carpets for years and has always done a terrific job. Showing up at our home so quickly in an emergency and basically saving the carpets, which have been in our family for generations, is something for which we will be forever grateful.
