Dun-Rite Cleaners have been "Local" since the mid 1980's. A family business, they take pride in their work and the many reviews including this one certainly reflect that. They are listed as recommended cleaners by the Carpet and Rug Institute and carry other industry certifications too. Excellent . I have my carpets cleaned every 12 to 18 months to keep them in great shape ( and to keep my Karastan Smart-Strand warranty valid). The Dun-Rite techs telephoned before arrival ( per my request). They arrived on time were neat and professional in dress and action. The lead tech "Dan" surveyed my carpets. We discussed their condition and agreed on what needed to be done. A price was quoted; It was certainly within the budget I had in mind, and soon the work began. My carpets are less than 4 years old, were not very " dirty". No Pets, No children. I use a top quality Miele vac, which helps with my COPD and does a good job maintaining the carpets too. The Dun Rite folks pointed out the traffic patterned dirt and a few stains. They were able to restore those areas with minimal effort. A circular area rug was also cleaned. Placing the rug outdoors,it dried in no time while the rest of the indoor carpets took between 2, maybe 3 hours to feel very dry. it was a low humidity day and I ran all the house fans. (NOTE: The previous carpet cleaning company I employed left the carpet far too wet and it took days to fully dry.) Dun-Rite's truck mounted equipment was impressive; looked brand new and confirmed my impression that I was getting state-of-the-art service. I learned Dun-Rite has many clients including local hotels and contracts to clean County offices RESULTS: A very clean carpet; the couple stains easily removed, the traffic areas restored to just about new condition. Carpets dry in a reasonable time. I will certainly call Dun-Rite when I need my carpets cleaned again. [ I only hope they don't get so busy they have to schedule me 4 weeks in advance.] Final Note: I strongly believe it's good business to take care of people who take care of you. The professionalism of the Dun-Rite crew from receiving the timely email reminder to arriving on time for the estimate only began to confirm working with them would be a positive experience. What a pleasure to work with Daniel, a complete professional! Daniel answered all of my questions and clearly explained the steps used to assure a five-star job. I was not disappointed. I needed my tile floors and carpeting cleaned as soon as possible to completely move into my new home. Dun-Rite scheduled the cleaning for the following day to accommodate my move-in schedule. Their estimate was extremely reasonable. The following day, Daniel arrived with Chris, his Maine man, and both proceeded to work continuously for 3.5 hours. My tile and grout changed back to the original grey. All spots were removed from the carpeting and my area rugs look brand new. With the tile and grout sealed as promised, everything dried quickly. Daniel and Chris graciously moved pieces of furniture and placed my living room area rug into position. Also in a flooded bedroom on a weekend they responded immediately after my phone call from me in another city. We have had our furniture cleaned beautifully over the Years at various times. Their staff are very responsible. I have left the door open of condo and had confidence thy would do a thorough cleaning. One Sunday a heavy rain came from balcony on my elderly mother's condo. Dun-Rite did a great job on the floor tiles inside and on the lanai. They also did a portion of the pool deck and drainage grid, which came back looking new, plus they restored the master shower floor to a "like new" condition.
