While I didn't intend to buy bread, I did decide to try a pastry and a cookie. The selection is huge. Our pastry was soft and delicious, like it just came out of the oven. And the bread selection - I think it'll take a year to try everything on offer. Almost everyone already knew what they wanted to buy which tells me that the bakery gets a lot of loyal customers. The staff is amazing and didn't mind me being indecisive and holding up the line. The other customers were all to pleased to share more information about their favorite bakery in town. I haven't finished my sentence and she interrupted me and said scornfully, "I know." My friend later came and stood next to me at the register and she saw her face too. She said, "wow, she looks like we have murdered her whole family. Wtf is wrong with her!?" If we did murder her family, I think she should take a day off and cry about it, not coming to work and take it out on customers. I normally don't write a bad review based on one aspect, but I can say I haven't seen such a mean person in the customer service sector for a loooong loooong time. The cinnamon bun as a bit hard, maybe that's normal (compared to soft and doughy in the states), i liked that it wasn't too sweet. Service was fast and friendly.
