I texted him Monday with our needs. He responded on Wednesday about 9:00PM they would come out on Friday! Wow! We were super excited - Gabe & Mike arrived - investigated & found the leak! He's careful to leave everything just as he found it- even after working on my bathroom remodel, there was very little mess! He offered several design suggestions on my master bathroom when I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, and I was thrilled with the results. He also installed an RO system for me, and I've had absolutely no trouble with it. As far as value, I felt like his pricing was very fair- he has a lot of experience, so I was glad to pay what he asked, but he was also concerned that he would work within my budget, which I appreciated.
