I made an appointment here with Dana Scott on the reference of a co-worker. I have a few hair…read morestylist that I like but didn't want to drive an hour and half to get my hair cut and highlighted for my wedding. Well that was mistake number one! I went in and showed her exactly what I wanted with multiple pictures and she cut my hair. When she was through I commented that there was not many highlights and she said it was the lighting. I said okay. The next morning I got up to do my hair and it was cut uneven on the sides! I called and let her know. She stated before I left if after a day or two I wasn't happy with it to call her and she would fix it at no charge. Saturday after work I went in and at this point I was a bit nervous about her cutting my hair again as it was not done right the first time and I had little hair left and wedding a week away! I asked for a refund on the cut and was told to sit in the chair. She flat ironed it some more and said it looks dead on from the back! I was like the front is not! She continued to make excuses as to why the cut was not straight maybe because I was playing on my iPad and looking down! Well, hello I've always had hair stylist ASK me to look up when they needed to or whatever with no problem! My neck is not the straightest either but again I've ALWAYS had a stylist ASK for me to move my neck in such a way that it was straight for them! She however does an AMAZING job on eye brows!

I have only been here 4 times the first time I was there was when they first opened I had great…read moreservice. since then the service has been terrible with long wait periods. each time I have made an appointment. I have even requested someone. each time I wait no less then 45 mintes to be helped. today was the worst I waited an hour and asked how much longer they told me about half an hour more that is an hour and a half with making an appointment I left. I don't feel they value the customers time if the had mentioned they were running so far behind that may of helped that wasn't the case no one approached me and when I told the receptionist Hanna I was leaving then she said oh im sorry you were waiting so long. But no one approached me before that. some people were in the pedi chairs for over half an hour after they waited so long in the reception area. my daughter did get a mani after also waiting almost 50 with an appointment but the person who did her mani cut her and Hanna just apologized and asked if it hurt. they overbook and don't value the customers time. I have had other places in town run late and they would tell me when I come in and some have even called me. I will not be going here again. My time and money mean too much to me. I'll go somewhere r e that feels the same way.
