The cashier called out the manager b/c it rang up differently. I showed him the internet website advertisement. With complete rudeness, even hostility in his voice, he glared "it's a mistake"! I can't sell it to you for than price, someone entered it wrong. Well it's halfway through the sale month, can you honor the stores mistake for 1 bottle? I ask. NO, bugged eyed now. No words exchanged, we just left. To make matters worst, as we sat in the car discussing this very icky interaction, he came out and looked around the parking lot! It was obvious because he behaved poorly, he figured we'd resort to his ill behavior. The only mistake here is to think that this business gives a hoot about their customers . He obviously doesn't care about customer relations or professionalism! I wonder what happens when a customer accidentally breaks a bottle? We won't be back.

I called up Honeygo Wine and Spirits to buy them a bottle of wine and the owner Bernie hand-delivered it to their house free of charge. He even offered to get a card for them for me! Unbelievably nice. We loved this place when we lived in Baltimore and it's the first place I think of when I'm back in town visiting. Great selection and great people.
