Installation had some snags that were not the fault of AWS, but a result of odd construction at our townhome. Terry worked hard to create a one of a kind workaround that looked better than our original plans. Terry worked to train us and provide quick responses when we had follow up questions. The product is amazing and has a huge warranty and is extremely well-built. I would highly recommend AWS!
