Only then did I see there were many unreasonable disclaimers. It seemed purposeful that she kept that information from me during the 2 weeks we texted about party arrangements. In all that time she could not even get my name right despite the fact that I corrected her 3 times in the text. Never apologized or acknowledged that she was even partly at fault. She was unprofessional and rude. Find a new job Clara - customer service is definitely not your thing.
